Dog Trot Floor Plan with a Screen Porch

Let’s take a closer look at our screen porch that’s part of our dog trot style floor plan.  Our home is located on Lake Guntersville and was built in 2020.  this plan is somewhat unique by offering two separate sections, a a main living area, and a separate guest area.

I like this. My daughter and I both have chronic disease and i wato live closer to my mom. Something like this would work well for privacy but also to have someone close by when in poor health.
