nepal needed social revolutions before economic reforms, how to ensure those most deserving filter through the top leadership positions is how humanistic nations succeed, it's nothing new. Nepotism, feudalism, favourstism is how nations (westphalian systems) have historically failed.

When comparing the two boys from a same village, why is there a superiorization for the neurosurgeon and make it sound like the one who stayed back, farming is demoralised? What is wrong with staying back and doing whatever needs to be done? I get this is an example but the mindset is wrong. Our society is brainwashed with non-rewarding professionalism.
