my fryer just quit and your video was a definite help . I never noticed the safety button . now I cleaned the button , my fryer started working again for the price of a little bit of diy'er but no money . thank you

I have a deep fryer that won’t turn on and I don’t see any way of opening it up to see why. It’s an Ultrex deep fryer that I’d line to salvage if possible. It just needs an heating element.
I searched for this video because mine wasn’t working. After watching your video for 1 minute I realized I didn’t have those brackets on the element slotted on the bucket properly. Once it slotted it activated the RED button.
Jesus cut them nails! Sorry but🤢makes me want to take mine apart lol but I think I'll just get a new one. I don't have time for this. Tnx for the fix. But mine prob has a different issue... It melted the cord part that goes into wall. It had no problem but that one cook melted it.

I just cut the 2 wires going to that Botton and hooked em together and Bamn!!! Got power. You Rock dude🍻🍻🍻👍

That button is for your oil level it’s made to not work if oil is low

The part you have on the plastic bag acts like it doesn't get power when i put it on the fryer. It only shows a light when I hold it at an angle
