    Music is so good that my fitbit is showing 3k instead of 2k. it helps increasing speed of this workout. Great job Roberta.

    Another good video, I like them very much.If possible please make a video on daily routine of exercises for Parkinson patients (regular or seniors) one video which includes all streching , strengthening , balancing exercises.
