Most recent is the latest in tapered roof technology, new pool & decking that creates an incredible outdoor living space. Gleaming hardwoods, motorized blinds and all redone bathrooms and kitchen. Everything else apart the LOVE sign is just stunning.
At least it’s not those generic “Live Laugh Love” wall decals lol
My thoughts exactly - I was thinking throughout the whole video - I wonder how much you could sell that sign for 😂
Lol😄
Looks like a play on the Love park in Philly, although that one is red.
Such a gorgeous dream house. Much prettier than anything built today. Whomever buys this is one lucky person!
Available as of 4/29/2022 for $1,670,000.
$17,592 property tax in 2020 was on a tax assessed value of only $424,920 which is about 1/4 of it's market value.
This is a gorgeous home by a real master, but the property tax is outrageous. What if the assessment went up to it's true value? Would the property tax quadruple to $70,000?
It's been for sale on and off for the past 10 years. Usually the issue is price. The property tax is a killer on this property.
Simply stunning 🌈
I like that you can't see the kitchen from the street door. The plus is that the cabinets are not cheap imitation Shaker.
This is pretty ♥️ stunning interior and exterior 👍🏻 I love it .
Incredible house, but that LOVE thing is soooooo out of place there it's cringy.
Your pic is kind of cringy too.
Looks like a play on the Love park sign in Philly, although that one is red.
The music is revolting, the L O VE is a little bizzare and modern, the kitchen is horrifying, and the rest is terrific. Certainly would much rather like to see it in say 1956 then 2021.
Looks like a play on the Love park sign in Philly, although that one is red.
Perfect!
It’s a nice place but I wonder being in Atlanta (with its hot climate) how much would the Air conditioner need to run to cool a house with so many windows. I wonder if there is any energy efficient cross ventilation in the design.
Incredible
Love it !
Another Great Video
I love it
I love this house .. how much?
I like this
Lots of era correct pieces, but the kitchen is a big disgrace to the property.the bikini Eames set is dandy.
I like the kitchen.
What's LOVE got to do with it? Tina Turner.
The L O V E needs to be gone, ridiculous
Looks like a play on the Love park sign in Philly, although that one is red. Maybe that’s where owners are from
