Finland never seem to get enough votes from ex-soviet union countries, or that eastern/southern part of europe that used to be under communism rule, or even at what we might consider middle-east that are in ESC. We so called "old europe" need those countries votes before we can start to win. They seem to vote their neighbours a lot, and after the cold war, CCCP and walls comin down, so many new countries at "europe", so those votes rarely will come to "old and true europe".
