hello, most likely yes but you just have to make clarifiications. Usually kc ung iba expected nila kasama Interiors sa gagawan ng 3D but its not always the case. U can alwys ask for speciific scope kng ano2 mga kasama.
Hello Omi, depende sa Scope na gagawin nya. gaano ba karami ang mga nabago sa actual, etc. there is no standard. Just as for his quotation and the breakdown of his cost. thanks

Konti lang at minor lang naman ang nabago like size of windows na babayaran ko rin as "change order". No structural, no electrical, no plumbing at no mechanical changes. Di ba dapat hindi na ako e-charge ng contractor para sa as-built drawing on the turn over ng project?

Kumuha po ng Architect na magdedesign ng akma sa Slope na Lote. Hindi kc pare-pareho ang pagka-tarik kaya kailangan customized sa lote mo.
