Well I respect Gillian a lot she's my fav actress but I will miss Scully a lot thought ..
I would love her to just go all out and say exactly how she felt about the ending. She briefly acknowledged it at a comic convention 2 or 3 years back, but has always kept it to herself .. more or less
She doesn’t want to hurt Chris Carter, who has always been her champion and friend and is her kids godfather. He fought to get her cast, fought to keep her in s1 when the network wanted her gone, fought to keep her when they wanted to fire her for getting pregnant. She’s probably very loyal to him after all these years so she doesn’t want to add to the grief he gets from the fandom for what they perceive to be his errors.
I’d listen to her recent podcast with David…she pretty much says it (finally)

...You save the offbeat, unrelated questions for AFTER the interview...She's promoting a series that they all worked on...Ask about THAT series to promote...Then as you're walking out to set up for the next junket, grabbing your gear, you off the cuff ask "I know you probably get this and didn't feel comfortable with this on camera, but from a fan's point of view, are you done with scully and are you proud of where she ended up? Off the record."

I’m so confused is she British or American? I thought she was American but she starts to have an accent in this video??
She's both! She's American-British. Born in America but she lived a large part of her childhood in Britain and lives there now.
She is apparently bidialectial. She can speak with both dialects. She adopted a midwestern accent because she was made fun a lot when she went back to the US
Argh. That thing where american's say or imply that an american accent is "no accent". Idk why that urks me. Like others said she is naturally english but grew up in the US and picked up a different accent there. She can switch between them but neither are perfect and elements of each accents slips into the other. This is probably the her normal accent now which is mainly american from spending all her time there but with an english twang. Sometimes she tries to force it either way when being interviewed on english TV or on different american talkshows.
She was born in America but raised in England.

Да-да, на скале в неё была вообще простая женщина, тоже была она совершенно была простой, играла эту роль, так просто играла её, просто было приятно смотреть на её простое. Она была настолько простенькая женщина, там вообще весь сериал, я смотрел диву, давалась, как она эту роль играла, она так спокойно играла роль дакали, это же вообще вот настолько каждую версию. Она везде разная, то она такая спокойная, она такая рассудительная, то да для сравнения вместе с-с можно сравнить, что да почти похожие ситуации, даже ещё больше вообще сравнивай. Всё вокруг. Ой, это приятно, у меня будет есть пища для размышлений, что ещё сделать?
Спасибо огромное за то, что выслушали мой подкаст, тогда я в шоке была, я пыталась всё, всё так, как должно быть и как она в машине сидела, да вообще молодёжь встретилась и оттуда. Шла особенно к ней прибежал, вот такие моменты простые и спокойные, что я надеюсь, что всё, что могла я всё сказала, я в шоке, что вы ко мне пришли, я и тут, как тут. Приятно

Мне очень приятно, что всё это произошло, я мечтала давно этот подкаст делать, я долго смотрела на это всё, весь этот фильм смотрела, так хотелось, и слава Богу, это произошло, я мечтала об этом мечтала, это была моя мечта. Всё-таки попробовать это всё-то всё долго там, это всё накапли моменты накапливать в сердце и всё от сердца, что сердце так сильно захотела я, так этого, я хотела этого. Ну-ну, было, было чего-чего сказать, было к этому, вот именно такое подготовка к этому, я прям мечтала это всё, я сделала эти моменты, я в шоке от того, что я сделала, ну мне приятно. Я прям немножко прослезилась, от этого мне понравилось это кино. Комедия это понравился очень приятно, спасибо, кто создал эту комедию, спасибо огромное, я в шоке много.
