It does help doesn't it to know that it's not something that is wrong with us. So often INFJs feel that something is terribly wrong with us. It's such a relief to understand others motives and how most times it's about them not us.
I've been hurt by so many people in the past. Some, I think were not intentional and others possibly intended. Family members with mental health and addiction issues have really hurt me and I am moving forward. Past so called friends hurt me and I had to door slam them. Still getting over past narcissistic husband and have also done a lot of work on myself. Thank you. Moving on.
I love your train analogy. Brilliant! And yes, hurt people hurt people. I'm glad that your realization helped you to get out of that dark space. Could you share more about how that worked? I wonder if that might be a good follow-up video? Blessings! - Claire
Thank you so much for watching. The why is important but sometimes we just don't get to know the why, but as an infj, we may find ourselves stuck on trying to figure it out, and sadly never will. And while we were stuck so many other incredible things past us by without us realizing.
I had a counselor tell me people don't do things TO you, they do things FOR themselves. That helps me a lot.

For sure, I'll add that to my list 🥰
Thank you being so honest with your feelings.
Wow thank you for this. The "why" is so hard. I get stuck on that too! I really appreciate your honesty and am very sorry for what you went through. 💗
