The will to just do it is the first thing. Probably a circular saw or even handsaw can do it mostly along with a hammer or screw gun. Of course miter saw and table saw helps but I think with those basics, you could get it done.
Unfortunately no. I have some basic measurements but because pallet wood is different thickness and coolers are scarce and can be different sizes depending on make, the measurements are altered slightly each time.
I like your videos, but you talk too much and sometimes the images are way too mobile. The point is that we see what you are making. You certainly enjoy it and that is the most important thing.

can you provide height for the legs?
Legs in this picture are approximately 34” but I now cut at 30” as I put locking caster on the bottom.
What do you use to burn in the logo?
It is a burning pen tool by razor tip
