Most speakers who speak against the rulers , directly or indirectly from social media, TV, etc should know what the consequences are. Some may be unjustly or mistakenly imprisoned. If one is able, follow the Sunnah and mahaj Salaf as-Salih in advaing , privately and or face to face. Otherwise just make dua for the rulers
I dare you to name me a single scholar that is known by ahlul Sunnah who is in prison right now, wallahi you wont be able to name me one@@AbuAbdullahAlHanbali
The sheikhs speech makes sense. But I’m a bit doubtful regarding his statement that ALL of the imprisoned individuals are criminals. Even the likes of sheikh Munajjad who is known for dawah and fatawa and studying with the ulema? Was he a criminal too? جزاك الله خيرا

There is abundant amount of proof. Most of these "shuyukh" that are imprisoned are devianted from the Sunnah and arekhariji extremists some are mubtadi'a promoting bid'ah and promoting figures of innovations such as sayed qutb and movements such as ikwanul muslimeen. And some even support isis.
You will see at Judgment Day what and who you truly love. The fire, you love the fire. You love taghut. Evidences upon Evidences have been presented of the leaders clear kufr. By Allah you know full well what you do, but Shaitaan has emboldened you.
The Khawarij donkeys have 0 scholars. They refer to shayateen who have done 0 for Islam. Look at the major scholars of Saudi, shaykh Fawzan, Rabee', Luhaydaan, Saaleh Aal Ash-Shaykh who have written hundreds and hundreds of works that Muslims all over the world benefit from. I dare you to give me a single work from your Khawarij shuyookh that is greatly accepted by the Muslims. Not a single one Alhamdulillah. All the scholars clearly said that ruling with other then Allah is minor kufr without juhood, takheeb and istibdaal. So you go against all the scholars of the Salaf, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Qayyim and the 'ulamah an-Najdiyyah

What proof do you have Sheikh when you say they are all tried within the courts by the law of Allah Azzawajal.
