Your daughter is incredible! You two are doing such a great job! Every time I check in with you she just keeps getting more and more incredible. The world needs more people like you! Keep it up! 👍
Thanks Bill
Hi Todd! Seeing people in situations like these,,makes a person appreciate their own life more. Mina bug rules! I so proud of her. Shes just a good kid ❤❤❤ Ttyl,,,Marlon
Yippee.😊
Thanks for sharing another great video you and your family are doing amazing things, stay safe on your travels
Hi Todd, Neenee and Mina, what a great trip this is turning out to be. Not only the countryside but the villages and villagers. It is interesting to see how they look after the less fortunate even though their means are not so great themselves. I love the way that these lovely people celebrate and "wet the babies head" with all the men getting drunk on home made "lao kao". The man who showed you around was clearly very fit and clearly works hard to make a living. They all seem to be happy with their lot despite it seeming such a poor way of life to us Westerners. We can learn a lot about happiness without all the modern trappings from all the peoples and tribes that you meet along the way. You are right Todd when you say that Mina has come on a long way and is now a big help to you both. God bless all three of you for your wonderful hearts. 😀❤🙏
Thank you Todd and Nee Nee may god bless you guys forever!
🤗🙏🏼!
Thank you for another great video. Take care🙏🏼
Serving humanity is a great venture.
Todd Hales, you're the Best.
Great show
Those roads can be quite challenging Todd. Todd, when you go on these tours, what is the most challenging thing you have to deal with. The people of Ban Keosaenkham are so sweet and humble. The commenter below mentioned the support you get from ads. We too watch the ads to support the work you do. Hopefully, everyone who watches this video will do the same
Thank you for the nice tour. Be Well and Stay Safe Mate! 👍👍 Jim and Harriet
Thanks Jim I really appreciate that. You guys help so much already, thank you.
The most challenging thing.. besides trying to find a decent pizza would have to be the communication as there are so many different ethnicities in Laos with their own language and even the Lao language is spoken differently in many parts, add to that the very heavy accents that come with different parts of Laos. Neenee does a wonderful job trying to gather as much information as possible from these people, but not always can be understood. In some villages many of the elderly don't even speak Lao as they never went to school to learn it..
Love your work man.
Hi Todd, much appreciate you guys do such great job for these villages. Really seems they are locked out from outside world.
Love it 👍🙂
Much luck on all of your ways !!!!!
Well done ,,very interesting to watch,,the people in the village are very friendly…
Thanks Keith 😉
Always a pleasure to like comment and share your travels. Thanks for taking us on your road trip.
Thanks for taking the time Jack 👍
That is gold mate helping the people out ❤
I’m lost for words , you guys are amazing.
Mina the cookie queen, you are so kind and caring helping with the donations, great teachers you have. Those boats are amazing. Good they make use of everything they have😊😊😊😊
How cool were those aluminium fuel tank boats!? 👌😆
@@NowinLao they are great, love their use of things recycle, ingenious
I stayed at that Hotel in 2007! I went to photograph the construction of the Nam Theun 2 dam. Love Lak Sao.
Loves ❤ Laos
💯🔥💙👍
Troopy loved getting its feet wet ,amongst the mud , lovely friendlyvillagers
Sure did mate! Handled this trip real well 👌
Get some recovery gear as you said , it will be of good use at times …
Great vid! Great people! ❤👍👍👍🙏
Cheers mate
Great video as always. Good to see you found some people in need of help.❤
Couldn't do it without you guys.. Thanks mate 👍
❤❤❤
Yo Todd, re. Mina……”The force is strong with this one”❤
Great work Todd & girls helping those poor people, they wouldn’t have a chemist for miles.
Check your winch before your next trip , make sure it has a synthetic cable & not steel & get yourself a snatch strap & a couple of soft shackles.
Have some fun in that mud 😁
@@waynejill I did, it has, snatch strap and soft shackles on my shopping list 👌
Cheers mate, thanks 👍
Hello, Sabai Dee
You are very welcome. Thanks for doing what you do. 👍to Mina for helping. Actually, there was only one woman. It must have been the Lao-Lao that made you see twins.
One woman with different colored clothes..🤔
Maybe after my next community work in Cambodian village, would like to meet you in Laos. By God's Will..
With those medical packs I guess many can't read either, so perhaps a picture story of what they are for, may help. Illiteracy is a big issue in many poor areas. Also a generational thing. You videos are so well done and show the compassion you have for others, those helpers that provide items are angels in disguise. Thank you for taking us all on this journey.
@@paulwooster3590 Yes, you're right. In each package there is an easy to read pamphlet with diagrams explaining the use of each that our donors prepared 👌
Thank you so much 🙏
Still totally blue skies in vang vieng. Weather keeps saying it's supposed to be mad monsoon
Todd, I was thinking that you had a winch on the front of the Troopy. I cannot believe that the water would get as high as to get as far up to that place with the rifles. Love the villages and meeting new people, it's always different. Big Loop E 3 is gone, but I'll be here for Big Loop E 4. Take care, Todd!!
Sorry no images on this one Donald.. the rain was relentless all day.
I do have a winch, but once they said somebody was on there way, I never even gave it another thought and completely forgot I had one lol 😆
@@NowinLao No worries, Todd...Yeah, the whole episode was rain and mud for sure. Looking forward to the next adventure.
They said it started when he’s 3,4 years old
great that you mention miles ,we still use miles in UK ,in fact I'm old enough to still use feet and inches for everything instead of centimetres and metres ,in my head I can see what these lenghs look like but cant imagine in metric
hi guys
Hi Terrance 👋
I thought about a tow strap a few times when I've seen you folks out on some of those roads... glad to hear you mention it, they don't take up much room maybe under a seat?
Yeah, plenty of room for one in here 👌😉
Please don't skip the ads, it really helps support the channel and all the good work they do.
I'm not connected with the channel at all, we have never spoken or communicated in any way. This is one of the only channels I watch that I never skip the ads, it's my tiny way of supporting the work they do helping these small communities.
I can't stand ad's that's why I pay for the premium.
Much appreciated BiaMaith 🙏
Todd and Neenee work definitely benefits from people watching the adds. One thing you may not realize is if you watch utube video's in Lao there are no adds.
I think that’s where my family’s from
Your a cool dude Todd you must get great satisfaction out of giving,I'm an old singleton boy.
Singo Dave.. how ya goin mate! 👍
It used to be bad luck to give baby clothes before birth here too! My grandmother used to say it.
... not in Asia , there the luck depends on the ghosts
No strap? I'd put an electric winch on that rig....fuel tank canoes from where?
It has a winch 👌
Where is your winch
G'day mate, they are saying he has epileptic seizure's that guy with some noggin issues........
@@shaungooch1766 Hey dude.. ahh so you think they meant seizures when I said fever? ..with some noggin issues.
@@NowinLao Yeah I think so, I have been having a similar issue.... Toddo, I haven't forgotten you mate my current project is taking a week or 3 longer than planned! the client is...... well its a temple. I will message you FB as soon as I'm done and we can discuss exactly what you want and if I can commit to it! Noted: you are busy and just want a good fit out. I have family in Sydney that can send us the draw sliders and anything else...... the AC needs some re design but easy enough. have a safe trip guy's ❤🙏
That SUV that got stuck was a Chinese brand BVD. Most Chinese auto's are trash and even the Chinese won't buy them unless they are poor. As soon as they get more money, they will absolutely upgrade to a foreign car.
... Sorry, you are wrong! It is a BYD S6: mid-size crossover SUV designed and manufactured by China's Shenzhen-based battery, photovoltaics, and car maker, BYD (Build your dreams)
Hi Todd, hope you're all doing well.
I found this video on TH-cam and was surprised not only to see a short clip from one of your previous videos but also of Neenee, I'm not sure what the rules are or if they have your permission to use the clips. I don't want to sound like a whinging old man but as an avid watcher of your videos I thought it was a bit out of order.
