That is what they are supposed to do. Coaching 101.... never heard any coach eve the worse to just denigrate. I will say that they are good because they use good examples and analogies to help get a point across. Communication is clear and concise, some coaches are not so good at that , but they all try to give positive feedback.
I've always wanted a tennis teacher who explains the concepts of the game with this simpleness. And now, that I'm a tennis teacher, I wish I could explain like Patrick Mouratoglu, he is the best! These little secrets about each shot may seem small, but for who want to improve these are like gold!
I am just a club player and watching Patrick's instructional videos, I feel, have helped me improved my performance on the court. This particular video has given me surprising winning points on the court by "preparing early". Thanks Patrick! 🤜🤛
He is no doubt "the coach". It is hard not to adapt yourself to such straightforward and fruitful guidance. Thank you so much for these motivating videos!
Mouratoglu project us towards future tennis with his tips. When I listen Patrick's advice I always think to a young tennis player who wants to make it big in tennis of next few years. He is always on the cutting edge because he never stops teaching. but above all learning.

really impressed by all these videos taken with different type players, high quality coaches could manage people from different back ground and at different level, superb!
Man you are doing great. I watched almost all videos of you. I am undefeated since 17 games in Bavarian league. I learn Tennis just from youtube and I play good. Thanks for sharing your knowledge to World. Building up good Karma😉 I have to save money and see you in real.🙏

Patrick is excellent. I’d like to take some lessons from him. Most coaches don’t teach that it’s important to break your wrist during ball contact. It’s all about racquet head speed. I learned this technique from Tom Gorman…former ATP #8.
I always feel that your guide for tennis is amazing. I have a big passion to improve my tennis skill. Your content makes me improve for my one. Thank you so much.....
So interesting to see all these advices. I am now playing tennis for almost two years and love to get better in the things I am lacking. I train three times a week 1,5hrs each session and I always have 1 of the three as a private lesson where we focus on my backhand. I am a lefty and single handed so looking at these amazing players. The timing and loading is something I will take with me in the next sessions as I think it will be making a huge improvement.
I have a very flat forehand, which is great for pace but it hits the net occasionally and more so a bad day. I need to to drive the ball from low to high with a loser grip. Yep.. that was the best advice he gave-- power and controlled depth.
As soon as you recognize the ball is going to be on your forehand you start the unit turn and takeback. At the first bounce of the ball you release the non dominating arm/hand and then hit. She is releasing her non dominating arm too quickly. And the vertical swing path is creating top spin in combination with modern western grip ideally.
On the slow ball she needs to wait in the unit turn position with both hands on the racquet, before releasing the left hand. Why is Coach Patrick instructing her to release the left hand early?
@@bojack3827 Dude. yes she probably will. Lots of people will. However, that is not my point here. It is about playing like you should. And master all details of technique, bio mechanincs, kinetic chain and so forth.. She definitely does not and she is not being corrected which is even worse. Awfull style. Anyhow I master those for sure. Count on that. Cheers dude!

I don’t think they lack a gimbal. Someone on his production crew seems to like this up close, shaky camera, stuttering frame rate, jumpy cuts “style”. Not sure if it’s the (misguided) idea of trying to create a sense of dynamism. It might be ok for short clips on Instagram, but on a longer video like this, it just makes the viewer nauseous.
Hello Patrick, and greetings from germany. One thing that I seem to see in almost every video of every player that comes to play with you is the "too late preparing" and "going reverse instead of going forward an atacking the comig bowl"... it ssems crazy to me that so talented players dont bring that already... why is that?
She did not play for a year due to surgeries. Were these two knee surgeries due to playing tennis? If so, it is highly unusual to have two knee surgeries at such a young age.
In other videos, Patrick has criticized students for taking the racquet back as far as this student is. She's bringing it back to the other side of the body, which Patrick doesn't like. Also, I note that her point of preparation is much less further back; she prepares correctly, but before she swings, she brings the racquet back further behind her body.

The one who is holding the camera is an amateur i can't see the footwork that he shows to her , but I love how he teaches his students , keep it up man 👍👍
These coaches are very smart for building up the player first with complimenting their strengths and then giving instruction

This is the best youtube channel across all categories. It is worth to spend every millisecond of your life watching this content.

Great instructional video. I need to remember those key points!
These coaches are great

@Martijn Ibes LOL. You're just a armchair coach. She'd double bagel you in less than a hour.

I agree with you Martijn, but she's playing with a semi-western
Great lessons, I just started playing tennis 2 months ago and I'm learning a lot from this video

Really great coaching 👌
Excellent teaching!
ありがとうございます!
Excellent tips
Very good forehand tips! Thanks!!!! I will work on this.
Fantastic Lesson. Thanks!!
Your camera team should get an Gimbal for recording. Way less unwanted movement
True. Or a tripod will work.

I actually like this kind of camera movement. More 'action'.
@@TaeNyFan Action should be on the tennis court and not behind the camera. But, everybody has his own preference ;)

This is awesome
PATRICK u make D 10NIS easy for ALL.....with ur great small tips

Thank you for the info
Injuries suck. Sometimes we overlook our health until we don't have it
Positive reinforcement is usually more efficient instruction than cajoling and belittling.
...and by the way: I really really enjoy your videos and I learn a lot from them.... 🙏 Thank you✌️
Great tips❤
thank you for your info. love your insight :)
so do we play with locked wrist or flexible? my coach tell that flexible will make your wrist sprained
Very useful, thank you🙏
EXCELLENT!!!!!

Prepare go go go
What kind of grip does the girl uses? i can see the racket face turn 180 from preparation to hitting the ball.
Please do one on overhead Smash
I enjoy 👍
Amazing videos !
Merci beaucoup 🇲🇦🇲🇦
Nice video , thank you.
Great actually
Beautiful!
Load your knees! “It’s broken” well bend it anyway 😂
Will the grip still be loose at 2 or 3/10 if incoming balls are very fast and/or heavy?
Wow, I'm a rookie and could really see how each and every tip makes a huge difference. I'm gonna try it next time and let's see XD

8:15 brush the ball
Awesome
Thanks Patrick i was panning for gold, and guess what I found some.
Ty
What grip is she using?
Is Sakkari?
perfect
too good :)
Perfect lessons
I have the same problem 😖
It would be nice if the camera would get the feet in frame for those times he’s talking about the foot positions. Otherwise it’s very good.
Can you show how to play short balls?
*good Job*
I think she could get even more power with straight arm hitting off of her forehand.
Great lessons and technic!.. Shame the camera movement is awful!!
Sandraaaa!
she is really good if she really playing 1 yr only
Serena won 10 grand slam title when join with patrick
Domanda vedo poco trasporto della racchetta con mano non dominante, non è una cosa importante?
Excellent advices, but camera doesn't show half of implementation or even more.
