Los Angeles Metro Hollywood/Vine Station Tour

Welcome to this video featuring one of my favorite subway stations in Los Angeles, Hollywood/Vine! I'm sure you will be able to see throughout the video why it is, it's got some of the best Hollywood art out of all of the Hollywood stations, anywhere you turn, you see Hollywood. Just like the others, this station is an island platform with two tracks on either side. Hollywood Boulevard and attractions like the Pantages Theatre are located just outside of the station, making it useful for those wishing to visit! Yes, there has been a recent increase on the more problematic stations. About two weeks ago a woman was murdered by a mentally ill homeless man on this B line at the North Hollywood station around 5:30am. The older latina lady was going home after working a late shift. Very sad. I welcome the additional police presence.
The station looks great and clean. BTW, they've hired additional cleaning crews throughout the LA Metro, too. Thanks for the video and please do all the underground stations whether light-rail or subway. Many have some wonderful artwork.

That "W" is for the hotel named that said letter near the Red Line stop that is owned by WESTIN.
