  • It's not going to be the Worlds Fastest Off Road RC Car, but it's probably the cheapest! How fast can we go on a Budget?
    This is not a cheap build, but it's a lot cheaper than most of the big players out there with their Arrma's, Teknos & Hobao Off Road Speed Monsters! I'm aiming for around a $300 Build!

I can't figure out what the part number or name is but on the center diff there are these cup like things where the t bone arms go into. I guess from driving it hard or just wear over time not sure these cups are getting chewed up and now theres some cracking going on and I fear it won't be long until one of the cups on the center diff simply breaks off. are these cups the same as the cups on the rear and front diffs are are there specific ones for the center diff if you know thanks.

    might be with those shorter tires it'd be really happy with 2000kv for 4S and do 38-39 mph with the same pinion gear. the shorter height is nice, GRASS usually always grabs and rolls an RC and this is super resistant to that, it'll have no problems like that on a dirt track.

      Yes, although not the cheapest build I've done, it's easily half the price of an equivalent Arrma build. And the low, wide stance will hopefully help it stay on the ground!

    • @TomleyRC
      @TomleyRC  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes...but you have to factor in 'friction'...'Drag' etc... so the massive wheels would benefit up to a certain point, and then the would hinder more than help. So would have been faster this time, but will slow it down once I've got the gearing dialed in
