He is evil but not crazy. He wants to control the world, not destroy it. He wants world peace but the cost doesn't really matter to him (except world destruction, of course, he still have limits). He still have been quite cruel to his family and others.
Heihachi isn't evil, he's just neutral. He does want world domination but when he saw his wife Kazumi and his son Kazuya possessed with the devil he tried to stop them both. Plus he's not entirely crazy.
Heihachi seems like the most decent Mishima still alive (excluding Lars), even though he started all the mess over his selfish greed. Can't help but feel a bit sorry for him after Kuma rejected him. Looks like Heihachi does have some solid virtues (though that doesn't make up for the immoral tyrant he was, and still is). I was surprised that he's such a believer in chilvary, and so polite to Asuka, of all people.
Compare to Kazuya who's truly gone evil and Jin that hardly remember evil he did with his war campaign i truly believe that Heihachi is least evil guy in Mishima's
Yeah, for all the claim that he's either a power-hungry and corrupt martial artist who runs a fighting tournament, and it confirms that Heihachi has a few lines he'd never cross.
Probably I imagine its also the reason he took in Xiaoyu in the first place and still seems to care for her to extent. Seeing her as the daughter he always wanted but never had.
I love Lee's dismayed reaction when his dear adoptive daddy comes to visit. And his exchange with Kazuya upon their 2nd encounter at the temple; I found the dialogue almost cute, given they're Father & Son who hate each other to pieces. Stage Boss Yoshimitsu sure changes his mind a lot-"Leave this place right now! No. On 2nd thought, I must kill you b/c you've seen it!" Lol, Alisa lets him get away with calling her a robot, and an unreliable one at that on the Devil Train.
Heihachi is an asshole but he doesnt want the world to be destroyed. Kazuya is evil now and jin is a man willing to do dirty things for peace. The family is messed up
Heihachi has a chivalrous side? Make's me wonder how things might of turned out had Kazuya been born a girl. Also loved all Bruce response's so far, just so nonchalant about the whole war thing.
I thought Namco made Heihachi OOC by having him go out of his way to bring back Armor King as a favor for King, whom he owes nothing; I was fully expecting him do it to ruin Kazuya. Then he wasn't generous at all with helping Christe? I thought he had a soft spot for ladies. Also, inconsistency in Steve's stage; he doesn't recognize Heihachi as the stage boss, but as Player 1 Steve seeks the latter out for being responsible for the atrocities done to him as a child Lab Rat (among other things).
No he is not coming back hence Heihachi does not possess the Devil Gene, a reason why Kazuya was alive when he returned in Tekken 4... And especially, the H in Heihachi and T in Tekken is not in capitals, bloke!

+Omri14794 how do you know about the woman he did it with to make lars? :/
+E Silvers Just guessing, since he apparently did not know about Lars's existance, he probably left the woman before he knew she was pregnant...
Omri14794
oh ok i've been wondering that ever since we found out that heihachi is the father of lars. who is the mother of lars? i'll ask harada.
I doubt that harada will answer that (at least, in detail)
Apparently, if you watch 7, you’ll realize how he killed her
It surprises how the Mishimas and Jin remember Paul and his goal of becoming the strongest in the universe
Heihachi surely does love his pet bear Kuma more than he would ever love his own family.
Is the world really coming to an end? I can't allow that to happen!
Heihaichi said that, holy shit
Heihachi isn't evil.

Heihachi is evil but even he has standards. He wants the world saved from destruction so that he can control it himself
Heihachi seems like the most decent Mishima still alive (excluding Lars), even though he started all the mess over his selfish greed. Can't help but feel a bit sorry for him after Kuma rejected him.

This shows Heihachi isn't entirely evil. Even he has standards

As of T8 he now have a daughter
'Ungrategul whelp' You mean the one you shot after you had no more use for him. Haha Heihachi is one of a kind xD

I haven't played Tekken much, so I thought Heihachi was a straight-up douche like his son and grandson, but he does seem to have his good qualities.
who knows
Jin *is* a douche
And Kazuya is a jerkass
Heihachi is an asshole but he doesnt want the world to be destroyed. Kazuya is evil now and jin is a man willing to do dirty things for peace. The family is messed up
All three generations have their good and bad sides. Maybe Kazuya is the most evil now but he also suffered the most at the hands of his evil father.
Heihachi has a chivalrous side? Make's me wonder how things might of turned out had Kazuya been born a girl.
Also loved all Bruce response's so far, just so nonchalant about the whole war thing.
pat leaf white Bruce always has the "I was bored" response.
He would totally spoil his daughter if he had one.
I know this was 11 years ago but with Reina in tekken 8 this feels correct lol.
Reina confirmed
I realy surprised when Heihachi protests about the captured girl. For someone who threw his one son from the cliff.
Heihachi never saw his son as a human being. Well, not after he realized what Kazumi was.
@Tcb bct Oh hush with the complaints about the retconning already, it's been years since Tekken 7 actually released, get over it.
NOTE: Julia doesn't have dialogue with herself only.
Next up in line could be Heihachi, Lili or Anna.
Durr...?
Yeah that is a good theory. It's kinda cute the thought of Hei thinking of Xiao as a daughter to him. XD
Oh man I've never seen Heihachi's dialogue before. And he's... actually not that bad a guy?
AHHH I just realized. I copied Julia's Description over with Heihachi's
Don't worry. Making the changes now.
Idiots ?! You greet people by calling them idiots ?
My fav line. 😂
ElegeantFencer He's just trying to reclaim the Mishima Zaibatsu for himself.

"My sixth sense tell me"
LMAO
heihachi does an uppercut like a baws
Electric Wind God Fist, baby, the staple of the entire Mishima clan.
Esse vai ser show 👍😎
Heihachi knows Paul & Law? wow
good question.
They were all in the first Iron Fist tournament and from the first Tekken game.
I did the same customize as u and it didn't work
Ben 750 you have to unlock it in a treasure box...
Krang100 Well, his duty is simple: Reclaim the Mishima Zaibatsu as his own.
I wnder if heihachi will come back from the dead...
In tekken 8 along with new characters and returning ones
No he is not coming back hence Heihachi does not possess the Devil Gene, a reason why Kazuya was alive when he returned in Tekken 4...
And especially, the H in Heihachi and T in Tekken is not in capitals, bloke!
