    I think confidence is not something superficial or artificial. It has some solid foundation. For example, if someone has to speak about something before a group of people, They should have sufficient knowledge and experience of that matter. Otherwise there will be either no confidence or fake confidence. And with a fake confidence, a person rather looks foolish.
    In day-to-day life, confidence increases when your exposure to life increases. when you practically experience something, imagination goes and real knowledge comes. and this real knowledge makes you confident.
    If talking about confidence in children, if they are academically strong, then they are naturally confident. And if they have travelled more than other children, then they are more confident naturally. Because with travelling they learn what the real word is. So practical experience and exposure is key to confidence.

      Exactly, Confidence is built through reading, research, analysis, skepticism, an eagerness to learn and grow. Knowing that I am not completely knowledgeable in this field and need more hard work and when one is still in that process one stays calm and quiet, like a butterfly in its cocoon. Confidence comes with time and experience, indeed!
      Thank YOU so much for your valuable input. Through your comments you add value to my work and to my own thinking process.
      Stay blessed and keep smiling! 🥰🥰🥰

    10000000% agree with u kids r learning about brands,class difference or new trends along with the studies now a days at school.especially how to bully people , how to bully domestic staff or relatives.Getting outspoken
    These r the cool things 🤘and this is the CONFIDENCE
    I totally agree with ur each n every word because I faced the same negative attitude of ppl when I was homeschooling my kids even though they were learning more batter than the regular school going kids .

    what a fine definition of confidence. "know yourself and be yourself" and "tic for tac"... after wasting 35 years in people pleasing. I achieved confidence i achieved this level. totally resonate. I am homeschooling my girl she is 5 and i am teaching her same values and boundries.

    By confidence we mean to be thyself what you actually are and behave accordingly. There is no such rocket science in learning about developing confidence.
    By confidence we mean to decide and settle matters independently. By confidence we mean to have acquired that level of intelligence which enables us to differentiate between good and bad, vice a virtue, etc.
    Secondly, in my estimation, degree of confidence varies from person to person because of intellectual caliber, socio economic scenario, educational level and last but not least the personal observation, flight of imagination etc.
    I gained confidence by interacting with the people having different tastes of minds, likes and dislikes, temperament with different pursuits and interests. Now I am far more confident and I am bold enough to talk to anyone, face any situation and the like.
    Ma'am what convinced me to listen to you is because of the maturity normally lacked in most of the people. I think that with the passage of time you developed a great deal of understanding about life and that how to live it.

    I don't know how and y people trust schools that institutes develop confidence in kids???? They don't, they can't, they just put your kids in too much compitition, discouraged all his feeling. Bullying is soo comen in institutes, the kids who are not so clever in negitive arguments they become victom again and again.
    I am also putting lots of efforts to grow parents and thier minds that kids needs more valuable upbringing at home and if you celebrate your kids failures just like you celebrate thier success or victory they become confident automatically. Stand with your kids, see the world from your kids eyes then educate them from your past learnings and experiences, but don't forget to grow yourself with your kids as a person remains in learning process throughout his life to Polish his abilities. Because if you have enough knowledge then you can deliver it to your kids but if you haven't so you will leave them to become a victom by society.❤

    • @thepakistanihomeschooler5510
      @thepakistanihomeschooler5510  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Very true that celebrate their failures as well kyon k jo kuch failure sikhata hy wo kabi success nai sikhati. See through their eyes and keep on growing yourself with them. What you described is the essence of authentic parenting today. Let's just keep on reminding people and in case we are able to bring about a microgram change then a life lived well.
      Thank YOU for your input yara! Stay blessed! 🥰🥰🥰

    confidence is when you accept your self, you trust yourself, and above all you love ypur self. I am not talking about self obesession here, self love is totqlly different.
    Confidence is when you see the world and ypurself with your own lens. Not caring ehqt people think of you is a strong indication that you ate confident.

    • @thepakistanihomeschooler5510
      @thepakistanihomeschooler5510  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That sure is the point. You know yourself, your weaknesses and strengths, your abilities and short comings, willingness to unlearn and abandon norms that are no longer helpful. Self obsession and narcissism is basically a very weak emotion that only makes one a parasite who actively tries to look for people to take advantage of. Bullying and disrespectful attitude is also one form of it. Which people erroneously call confidence these days.

    thing , sorry for a very long comment but liked your topic and I start listening .

    Please dont care about the language selection. People will always be critical. So You cannot satisfy anyone. Also in Pakistan confidence is misinterpreted in many ways. You will be loud and obnoxious and people will call it a confidence. In my view the real confidence simply means that you have guts to talk about your opinion in a polite and convincing manner. And you are one of the examples of a Confident woman. So keep it up.
