Whenever I see a good clean Golgappa wala, my car speed comes down from 90-100 to 40-30 instantly. Even my driver now understands it. He says, 'Sir,....Hojaye?'
Nice. Instead of cutting boil potatoes with knife, smash them with your hands, put some salt, red chilli powder, temreind powder in boil potatoes and mix well. This will give you more tangy taste.
