SMALL - For teen age girls from 15-20
Medium - Above 20- 27 not given birth
Large - if given birth to child
I'm 18 and using small size.

And if your problem in about rashes only than you can switch to rash free pads like nua women it's a good brand
Pad can give you rashes only if you don't dry your area well . If it's too hot and sweaty then u can use medicated power too . ....

hey sonal loved the video especially the last part , i also switched to cup because its way more comfortable and eco friendly too , i remember the first time i used it , putting it in was easy but i wasnt able to pull it out because you need to pull it out in just one go that way it wont hurt , i was so scared that now i have to go to the hospital to get it removed , but i watched videos and it was suggested to stay calm , and try it in squating position rather standing which was very helpful , hope someone reading this will be encouraged to switch , honestly periods feel so hassle free now well except the cramps

I'm 15 and start using menstrual cup few months ago I absolutely loved it it's so comfortable its so much better than those pads it's may sound really weird to insert something inside your body but once you start using it , it's a miracle for you body and health💜

I also felt the same problem as you . My cup wasn't going inside well, also after inserting I could still feel the stem so that was painful .I thought to give up on it .But after watching this video I gonna try it again .thanks 🥰🥰🥰

But i mastered it on the 3rd day (I started using it a month ago)
i find after inserting, immediately sitting down helps the cup position properly and the stem doesn't poke anymore

I have been menstrual cup for 2 years but last year i got into relationship and my bf says it stretched my private part which i know i not true so have to leave him 😂 I can't compromise with this comfort for anyone i suffered alot because of pads and don't have courage to go back to them. I watched almot all videos before switching and joind put cup in it group on fb and after 2 month of learning i bought safecup. No one uses in my friends I'm the only one who is leaving best life 😂😂.
