I am surprise that you eat the root of the plant, where I come from we eat the little ones that grow out of the root plant and plant the it back to grow more small seeds as we call them.

That plant is totally different to Taro. Leaves look the similar but it’s a different plant.
@@sammypham7364 I think they are all tarro but a diferent types, i have notice the same thing, , also the more mature the plant is the bigger the root. i have the same one she's using with the thick trunk single root, but i have also seen the little ball type, thats the one they usually sell in the food store. So im thinking they are all TARRO but just a diferent breed! Ive also heard that they basically taste the same! Also its best to grow tarro in the ground, not a bucket or pot, it allows the root free space to grow HUGE!

we have a lot of Taro vegetables here in the province of Apayao, CAR, Philippines and we usually call it as Aba Bira!😍🥰😘We produce Taro chips

@@bridgetliew7877 Not too long, I mean if you live somewhere warm all the time you could produce edible taro roots in probably one year as some grow very fast. I live in a cold climate & we can still grow them although the ones we get are small.

wow so big taros. it reminds me our province for long year never home . we bake the taros mixed in cassava and mixed with secret ingrediencies and make a cake out of wrapped in banana trees and steam it for at list an hour. it reminds me a lot. nice idol your content watching your tv. and your one of your subscribers. salute and god bless idol
