    Paying freelancers, staff, & contractors often takes several hours of time per week. Invoices are the bane of many CFO's & founder's existence for a reason-it's time consuming and annoying. So here's a system (with a neat invoicing approach) that lets you automate it. Just add a neobank like Mercury, Brex, or Wise, send an API call, and voila.

    WHY ME?
    If this is your first watch-hi, I’m Nick! TLDR: I spent five years building automated businesses with Make.com (most notably 1SecondCopy, a content company that hit 7 figures). Today a lot of people talk about automation, but I’ve noticed that very few have practical, real world success making money with it. So this channel is me chiming in and showing you what real systems that make real revenue look like!
    Hopefully I can help you improve your business, and in doing so, the rest of your life :-)
    Please like, subscribe, and leave me a comment if you have a specific request! Thanks.

    Thank you for the detailed video.
    It would be great if you could make a video on how to scale a business automation agency after having couple of paid clients. What would be various steps to scale the business.
    Thank you so much ❤️‍🔥

    Machine-gunning value as always, Nick.
    Video idea: A make scenario to handle FAQs via email, in which a chat bot refers to a knowledge base to generate an email to handle simple client FAQs. Really curious to know what you would use, voiceflow, myAskAi, train a custom GPT yourself in openAI?
    Thanks bro

    I have a question Nick. Most of the companies already have crms. I mean every company has to manage there clients and projects. And within these crms most already have some automations. I really don't see where you create the value and how clients would pay much money for that. I struggle to find the services that provide real value. I get the outreach systems, they could be high ROI but besides that I really don't see what conpanies are really willing to pay much money for. I would appreciate a quick list of your best services and for what niches.

    how would you do this if it was a commission percentage base to like a sales person?

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great q.
      I would add a "commission" type in the dropdown, and then store the commission percentage as a variable in the "rate" column. Then, in Make: if type = "commission", add a route that goes through all "closed won" records in my CRM in the daterange, and add up their revenue (which you should definitely be storing in the CRM itself!) multiplied by the commission percentage. Sum all of those up, say using a numerical aggregator module, and queue up the payment.
      Hope this helps 🙏

    Nick, I have a very unusual question. You are giving all this for free. Creating a brand showing literally how you make this. Why are you doing this? Dont you have any course or something? How is this helping you if not at a personal level?

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  หลายเดือนก่อน

      To put it bluntly, a) I really like talking about this stuff, b) it helps me grow faster, c) I'm short on time and don't have the resources to create a full-fledged course product atm.
      I think of my personal brand as something I'm building over the next decade, not necessarily the next few months-so while it's true I'm losing early revenue by not monetizing immediately, this is less important to me than consolidating an audience of people that like, trust, and respect what I have to say. I.e three weeks ago when you asked this I was at ~7.5K subs, now I'm at a little over ~11K, this growth is hard won when you constantly demand things from your viewers.
      People are asking for communities, coaching products, etc all the time, and I will of course eventually give the market what it wants. But I would have def lost the early growth acceleration if I tried something like that immediately. I think pretty much anybody who succeeds on YT follows a similar paradigm.
      Hope this helps man 🙏

      @@nicksaraev Taking into account this is probably not an IA automated response 🤣. I wanted to thank you for spending (your high valued) time answering. I run personal brands on IG and for sure you are doing it the right way. Moreover, i find you have a very well developed personality with the humor touches you include during your videos. Apart from the (very) high value you give. I am sure you will keep growing a lot during the following months/years, Nick. Hope you the best!
