Sell old stuff wen you get next tier of eqipment for ore, put some point in talent for more or and soul's, dont waith for taking a shrine there will not be more souls. Each tier give specifik number of ores and souls.

Selling items gives ore not gold and you can reforge/reroll your items using gold in forge.

Pretty sure selling gives u more ore so u can sell anything under the tier forge u are using
