i try damage decoy on steel path deimos disruption, and it's good nuker... the aggroo makes enemy kill fast and need a tons of range at leat 10m or 15m
tbh this just seems like a fun mod to screw with your enemies. I was peaking around corners on exterminate missions, casting it on an enemy and just watched the numbers start popping up from the ensuing chaos through the wall
The no range is just bad. The decoy now uses range to pull im kts overall buff from enemies around it as well as it's aggro range being based on range. No range is good for invisibility not decoy or radial disarm
The range only for decoy HP buff. The aggro range stay the same no matter how much range you have. I tried with low range saryn and molt still made all enemies hit the decoy not on the frame itself. But you still need range for radial disarm.
Well yah. If you take note on a lot of Warframe abilities, they normally follow a pattern. Abilities on a Warframe will synergize with 2 or sometimes 3 of the 4 main stats. Duration, Efficiency, Strength or Range. Loki abilities happen to be duration and range based.
Now that you made me think about it yeah lol. I guess the "mallet" just applies status as well and doesn't deal as much damage back to all enemies. It just sounded cool to try (just like how Nezha with Divine Retribution can spear enemies that are affected by well of life, making them a stationary aoe status dispenser. Reminds me of the old saryn molt tactic)
@@bigmemer4398 companions with some good set-ups can nuke the target too - or so I found out while testing on some missions that required a bit of finicky casts (disruption, mobile defense and the likes). - Wonder if this could synergize with other lure or forced abilities (spectrorage)... or use it on revenant to test out thrall with these decoy ability. Idk about anything in regards to bound, like snare... one of xakus abilities... etc - or how it'll do with limbo. All in all, with spores it should work, so I guess Tesla nervos should do fine too.
I guess her "outdated" crowd control abilities. With all the eximus and stuff being there with overguard it's hard to cc them or even benefit from the defense strip because you have to remove the overguard first. Plus her Absorb gets decasted fast if it absorbs too much damage and depletes your energy, making it unreliable against burst damage
Using Loki's Damage Decoy on a mind controlled target will dispel Mind Control.

u can still use mind controlon loki's damage decoy, but using loki's decoy on a mind controlled enemy wont work
it can work its just important to cast decoy before casting mindcontrol, also you can shoot your mindcontrolled target to increase the damage

Damage decoy is cute but my main won't be giving up Irradiate disarm for it. Something else maybe.
