How did I miss these 29mins of pleasure...., that's not like me, turning up 3 months late to the party! I've got to that age now, where seeing these oldtimers, can often make me feel very nostalgic, and also sad... when I see and compare them with what's on todays roads. I remember doing most of the work on my Mk I Cortina myself, everything was so straightforward, accessable and easy. When I lift the bonnet of a modern-day car, i'm lost plus, the amount of electronics today is baffeling for someone like me. If I can't fix it with a spanner, a file, a screwdriver or an 'ammer, I lose interest.
WOW best yet!!! What a treat!!! Your race car driver did pretty damn good, checking up to a skid, just before launching into the grass. Your channel never gets boring, quite the contrary. Having to boost your mates car to go home was the cherry on top 🍒
This is all very clever and interesting but, I prefer the Oldtimers restored to their former selves, partly for nostalgic reasons and more important for their historic value. But that's me, I do love a bit of history and learning about how our ancestors lived and where we came from. A good video, despite what i've just said, and very interesting to watch. It must have been a fantastic day out.
Well done Craig, if ever I did that, as a passenger, I'd need to make sure i'd packed a second pair of underpants, as well as my helmet. I only like speed if i'm in control of it.
An A35 van on a race track?!! Those things used to fall on their sides at the drop of a hat🤣. That one must have had some fancy suspension work.. I loved this whole video, but oh, those 60s-70s US cars are pug-ugly.. thank you. Les

I had a small role in the Morris and land cruiser, really stoked to see you giving them a lookover.
We had the Mk1 Consul (1954), lots of character...POS :D
Brother I love both of your channels. I've been a subscriber since before you had your own channel lol. They shall not be mentioned. Great content.

Looked like a lot of fun.
Tidy zephyr 👍🏻
Are there any photos of the engine bay of the ford zephyr anywhere?

Racing to the red light by Katharine Appleton
Some interesting old cars there ,makes me feel old knowing the names of them all 😂🤔👍
The 1.8 Mazda engine used in my mx5 was in fact the Ford Focus 1.8 engine so it should be at home in that car.
