Honestly, at your age, you could just glance at a weight and you’d probably noticed some muscle development. Seriously, for you it’s that simple, and you really don’t need to worry too much about diet. The main thing you should focus on is training consistently and effectively; meaning 3-4times a week, hitting each muscle group at least once. (P.s. don’t skip legs)
(You could watch my video “this prevented me from building muscle” where I go through the mistakes I made when I first started lifting at around age 15)
