Does anybody know if that first bottle that was a a squeeze bottle was “vinegar”? I see on the ingredients it says vinegar but as the video played and they squeezed in a liquid everything has a name and measurements but that first squeeze bottle. I’m wondering whats the vinegar for is that how they use to get it to ferment? I read this is fermented coconut water.
Apparently it's pretty easy to make. You can just get a pineapple and crush the flesh and ferment it in water with sugar for 2-3 weeks in a sealed container. You use the water from that when it's done fermenting.
@@queeniemaerosales9940 Yeah. It works better if you just pick the flesh out of the juice. You don't have the wash the flesh or anything, just separate it from the juice.
@@wenjingsafyou can use agar agar, it is a gel hardening agent too. It’s actually way easier as you can just add it in the hot mixture and refrigerate for some hours and you’re done
That is how you made nata de coco just coil a coconut water or put some sugar and vinegar and acetobacter xylinum nata de coco is a desert for people that those who are in diet 🥥
thank you so much for this! going to try it soon. can you also tell how to make the acetobacter starter? i have seen some videos but they show how to make a paste not a liquid like you have used here so i am confused....
Likely not, I've never made this but I've made lots of ferments and the bacteria used produces different outcomes. You can buy starter bacteria online fairly easily, if that helps?
