The fact that apparently no one thought to just start and end camp like two days before any werewolf shenanigans happen so when people get a little delayed or arrive early they're not immediately f*cked
Tbh it doesn't seem like they need to do the camp at all. They appear to have their own food, water and energy supplies, as well as plenty of natural materials and they wouldn't need money to fix facilities if they weren't taking visitors. They could just shut the whole thing down and be completely self sustained.
@@pielittlepony Maybe. It seems like they just do the camp because Mr. Hackett wants to help kids, at least if Ryan is right about him. Maybe he feels guilty about being a murderous werewolf so he wants to do some good? Still pretty dumb to not be more careful to not get more people murdered or turned.
Or maybe using the jail or those electrified cages they have to keep the werewolves in so they dont have to be hunted every full moon. We know those cuffs Chris uses clearly are not strong enough. This game has so many holes
@@pielittlepony Unless they have their own farm, ranch, and petroleum processing facilities (in order to make their own gas), they need money. Yes, they have some natural resources. Like wood. But I didn't see a thriving farm or ranch to provide food. Also, to keep things like their vehicles, not to mention any electricity generators running, you need gas. Which costs money. It's actually extremely difficult to go completely off grid with no money.
The game also fails to address the issue of the counselors and children having been there for like two months? Presumably there was at least one full moon, but there seems to have been no issue… Or why someone who can’t hunt, like the mother, staying with the counselors to make sure they stay inside… or driving them off in one of the various vehicles there Hacketts must surely own. There are other issues I’ve had with the plot as well. I like it a lot and I find it engaging, but I do find I have questions haha.
So clearly there's a hierarchy of longevity/durability items in these games: The ladies' makeup (seriously, what is that liner?), Emmas cell phone battery, Jacobs underwear... almost on par with the Legendary Artifact of Covering Towel from Until Dawn.
blood spurting from a neck stump after a man was decapitated and a zoom in on the lifeless eyes and slack jaw as the head lands on the ground? That's just part of the game. Nudity? Oh no, that's too much for our innocent eyes.
There was another one with Ryan's "Time hopping Draculas" as in the Vampires from House of Ashes. They lived underground for hundreds of year's basically time jumping from their old Egyptian time to modern time
confusion, irritability, memory problems and hunger are the signs apparently. Well that and godly healing which honestly? sign me up for a werewolf bite! An electrified cage isn't that expensive to set up and one night a month waiting in the cage for a few hours and then waking up and cleaning the gunk sounds like a great deal compared to any of the health problems that could be healed with it.
These BB intros are adorably fitting. Just him chilling and watching you like the werewolves and hunters watching the teens. It's like adorable BB trying to be scary but fails.
@@kaylacrawhorn8805 if Laura didn’t lie to max about calling mr hackett and him “answering” because leaving a message and answering is the “same thing” to Laura apparently. Her fault.

or you know, Emma didn't lie about her emotions. It's made obvious in the story that she broke it off because of trust issues. She is really into him but is worried that holding on to it will end badly for both of them but mostly herself so yeah Jacob should have seen the red flags and not tried to hold on but that's a go through it and recognise the flags next time kind of deal.
@@liamnehren1054 Emma said no. It means no. She doesn't owe anyone an explanation. No means no, and men should learn that. That's why women are killed and assaulted in real life
as cool of a transition 20:36 was, this is the one single moment that stuck with me in this entire game as "wtf.. they JUST saw what happened. Nick transforming and taking the head off Abi... and now not believing Laura about werewolves so confidently?" This part of the game really needed a second look-over since something was definitely missed in branching story paths or something.
Yeeeaaa, I believe with the other option where Abby doesn’t die they don’t actually see him transform so seems like they used that same branch’s videos of the story instead of changing it for that option unfortunately. It’s like they built the story around everyone surviving and then branched off from there, re-using a lot of the same videos
@@herz5159 right like ppl are praising this game saying it’s good and i just fail to see how this is fucking good and there’s just so many inconsistencies. game play wise it’s okay but the story line and writing isn’t that good plus the inconsistency with the videos later on when you made wrong decisions.
@@etherealchchan2752 People just like the nostalgia with it being connected so heavily to Until Dawn. It's just not on the same level at all, and without the connection it wouldn't be as praised tbh - it's just easy to fall for it because it's so similar to such a great game. It's full of loop holes and most of the characters end up feeling really boring tbh. It's an alright premise but it kinda falls flat. BUT it's still fun making choices and it's basically a teen horror movie in game form, and it does that genre pretty great seeing as movies of the same genre are also pretty damn full of loop holes lmao.
At the end you said you hope people aren't too frustrated with your choices. But that's exactly it. They're YOUR choices. That's why I'm here lol I love when you choose an option that I didn't, so that I can see how it plays out. It's interesting to see what decisions others make :)
Right? No spoilers, but I just thought of the butterfly effect a certain choice might trigger for the ending and….I’m worried. It’s fun to not know what will happen. 😅
Sometimes I feel like the characters switch personalities. Like Ryan not believing Laura about the werewolf when he's the one who's into all the ghost stories. And Kaitlyn being the one to not read the room when saying to Emma 'she died quick', when up to this point it's Dylan who most often put his foot in his mouth about sensitive topics.
@@crazypigvids1557 I guess, but he has a line in the game that gave me the impression that his opinion was more in the middle, so it feels weird for him to dismiss the idea outright now.
To be fair though ghosts and werewolves are two completely different things. I find it a lot easier to believe Ghost exist than werewolves, people transforming into beast is quite out there.
@@galtenoble he literally saw nick transform and took off abbys head and he’s all whiny about laura and not believing her like dude. WHO WROTE THIS GAME. I just want to talk.
i'm hoping it is mentioned or resolved by the end of the game but im absolutely flabbergasted by kaitlyn not putting two and two together at any point of this and being like 'jacob sabotaged the car'. why did they even have him ask her how to do it, i wish he just knew it on his own!! its just such a ridiculous plot point and one so integral to the story i really really don't understand it
She probably knew that he took the rotor arm. She didn’t say anything/snitched because Jacob’s her best friend. Also, if you think about it, she was trying to show him than one more night with Emma wouldn’t change anything about the status of their relationship so she just let him steal the rotor arm. She might have been amused by the whole situation. How were they even supposed to know there would be a werewolf attack if they stayed one more night lol
@@elo2487 yeah! She also doesnt seem like the person who makes the situation worse by assigning blame. She knows Jacob didnt intend for any of this to happen, so why make everyone emotional
"Are you out of your goddamned mind?! Werewolves? Seriously?" Dude just watched a monster burst forth from Nick's flesh and rip Abi's head off. But somehow this suggestion is "crazy". The writing in this game is all over the place.
1:20:00 She's not hellbent on killing Chris because of revenge. It's because of a cure. If she can kill Chris, it'll cure Max, and hopefully that means she'll be cured. It's not about good and evil, like she said.
Of course. It's because Max is important to her. But Chris is important to other people, like to Ryan. It's all about stretching that line of thought. We could kill Max to cure her. But she wouldn't allow it, because she cares for him, and wants to cure him. But she wants to do the same to Chris, not caring how it will affect other people. All at all, she is extremely selfish and has not an ounce of compassion. Even to the teen she just killed. Cold.
@@pativi6643 case in point, her being a wolf herself and still killing other poor wolves who aren't even a threat. She puts everyone's life in jeopardy, while she judges the entire group, while she has her own Wolf in safekeeping. She's too self absorbed to even care about killing the wrong people because "meh she's a wolf" (said the wolf). Criminal she lived and Abi died imo.
@billbill6094 You’ve definitely got a point but also remember that her killing Nick in the cage was a choice for Gab to make, much like every other choices. She didn’t know what would have happened, she just wanted to see the outcome and unfortunately that happened. However I’m not defending Laura, hated that she killed Kaylee with no remorse whatsoever. She seems selfish to just go around killing whichever werewolf without knowing whether or not it’s Chris, considering she’s basically one as well.
I think you might be misunderstanding Laura's motivation for killing Chris. It isn't for revenge. It's because she believes that killing him will cure Max.
I really like how the sheriff character was written. In any other scenario, he'd be a grade A asshole, but given his particular circumstances, he's actually kind of justified in taking this so seriously and going to such great lengths. He's a good anti-hero for this game imo, and some things can happen to him later that really make me feel for him.
So I'm not sure when she got the eyepatch lol but I believe the clothes fit because they grabbed their stuff from the locked room with the silver rounds (at least that's what I'm assuming since Max said "we need to grab our stuff and get out of here" right before the voice led them there).
Some first aid kits will include an eyepatch, but it's usually a white padded dressing, not a black one (I can't tell if the one she's wearing is supposed to be fabric or plastic, honestly, I think the video compression has pretty much turned everything into blocks of dark pixels). It's possible she made the eyepatch; she'd have access to fabric at the station and if she wanted to be a vet, she probably knows at least some basic stitching techniques.
Right, the clothes make sense, just not the eyepatch. I kinda wish like Gab said that they had Travis give it to her - both because it would make sense, and because it would contribute a tad towards showing him as a sympathetic character who actually doesn't want anything bad for them, he's just trying to handle the difficult situation and is helpful when possible. Having just a brief moment where he shows consideration by getting her an eyepatch would've been a nice touch.
I don’t know why, I always want to call them Hatchet instead of Hackett haha. One thing I don’t quite understand: if the werewolves shun water, why not put all the wolves on the island? If not, why not stay in a boat until dawn? And why didn’t they have the Hackett wolves in the cages?
@@serpifeu5836 It is not killing them, they would just have to stay put and not bite more ppl. Keeping them on the island for the full moon would prevent free roam and a warewolf infestation. Also, it would be easier to know whom they are shooting at in the forest, if their loved ones are on the island. Could go there in the afternoon of the full moon.
I mean, at least Chris Hackett was in a locked bunker until Laura unlocked it and investigated with Max. The family they were raised in also just seems very corrupted and like they don't give much of a shit. Look at Ma and Pa lol They put everything onto the police officer to handle and cover up, and you can tell that stress has been really weighing on him, and he's cracking. The rest of the family has no responsibility or reason to worry if they've had someone in the family with power taking care of their mistakes. That's how I see it at least
It really feels like there's some things the game doesn't account for. Half the characters don't seem to care about the fact that Dylan is missing a hand
@@Bbistheman_ I rationalize that by telling myself they have bigger problems. But Ryan is acting weird imo Like not even bad writing weird. I haven't seen the end so idk. It might be bad writing after all. Right now it seems like he's in on the family secret and wants to protect them, so he derails everything and makes people doubt what's happening.
@@wahhbajack my theory is Ryan is in on it. We found a picture of younger Kaylee and Chris's son with Ryan so I think he knows and it would be a great twist to have him be a traitor. just a theory, haven't finished the game yet
@@TheValiant777 Yeah I'm kinda thinking this too. I know the game showed him looking up to Chris as a paternal figure with him confiding at the beginning about his life path, so it's possible he's just not able to cope with the information. It deviates from his view of Chris very sharply, and that can be hard for people sometimes. That said, I wouldn't be shocked to find out he's in on it somehow, whether by circumstance or design.
I feel like Ryan was made so poorly. He's given a fairly good motive and he's even right about how killing Chris isn't necessary but all of his dialogue is so combative, he seems like a villain. I also don't like how Laura takes no responsibility for killing a teenage girl and treats her as collateral damage to save her boyfriend.
Its also weird how abi decides to completely just drop the gun when nick is being the way he is instead of keeping it and also how the others just watch everything unfold. Like, do you wanna go help abi maybe or something idk why you're just watching this happen.
Kaylee is 22, she’s no teenager, but Laura should definitely take responsibility for killing her. Even if she thought it was Chris, she was perfectly okay with killing whoever it was so she could save her boyfriend.
@@BazookaGamingGirl Which also begs the question... That means Kaylee and her brother were both in their mid to late teens when the fire happened with Silas... How were they that idiotic? Their plan for freeing Silas seems more like that of a young kid.

@@chelsealee1271 kaylee didnt choose to kill anyone and lethal force wasnt necessary. If laura wasnt so irresponsible with her plan in the first place, she couldve saved chris and his daughter. But nah she ran into her plan that was based on assumption and murdered 2 people
I'm surprised by how much I enjoy this game. I've never fixated on one of these games like this. They fixed so many issues. The dialogue might be odd at times but it still feels more natural than before.
I feel like the dialogue in these will always feel a bit off and stilted coz of the pauses when you have dialogue choices. Also I would assume they want you to be able to hear all the conversations clearly cuz every detail is important, so conversation lacks a bit of the 'flow' it would have irl.
The dialogue is so weird to me just because it’s actually pretty good for the most part, but then there’s individuals lines, back-and-forths, or full conversations that are just huge duds. Pretty much Ryan and Laura’s entire back-and-forth is so confusing to me. They talk to each other like they’ve known each other for as long as Ryan has known everyone else, despite the fact they’ve just met, and the attempts at getting to know each other as well as the whole tendency to joke around is just really bizarre considering the situation.
(1:19:11 for context) I don’t think this counts as a spoiler… so if the werewolves/ creatures react poorly to water… then shouldn’t the rain affect them? In this scene (time stamp provided above) it’s raining and I feel like that should’ve been addressed.
@@kath5228 49:50 it does only mention Clear Water, but could also be like being showered in hot sparks. May be painful, but also ignorable if you’re used to it
I think that plays a part in the last chapter when they’re preparing the lodge for the final assault. It’s raining while they’re locking stuff down so perhaps rain does play a part.
1:23:14 I don't know how common this is, but in the U.S. we have a thing where you push someone lightly towards water or a road or something, and then pull them back and say "saved your life!" I think Laura was trying to cut the tension a bit since Ryan isn't receptive to her antics so far lol.
If there was a full moon in July, I wonder how no one saw or heard about the werewolves then. Camp was still in session so Chris Hackett and his family had to have turned then? I wonder if they will address that.
@@Gangelya they most likely enjoy the hunting and do it as a family sport, so far only Travis showed any disdain for the curse, the rest of the family have electric cages and "hunting season" signs and traps and all that so they most likely just enjoy hunting
@@idunno3370 I figured the hunting season was all about finding the original werewolf in order to free them from the curse? I don't think Chris is the original one so I see no reason why the family wouldn't want to locate and kill the original one. The idea of the family hunting their own family members as werewolves for sports, putting their non-werewolf members at great risk during the hunting season, at the cost of hurting their werewolf members sounds rather strange to me. EDIT: This would also imply that they have control over the original werewolf. This has to mean that the original one is also a family member they refuse to kill, otherwise why wouldn't they just end the curse by killing it if they already have control over it? If they don't have control over the original one, which is what I belive at this point, they would still have one rampant werewolf running around during the summer camp.
@@RamGuy459 my theory is that based on what Travis said with the well metaphor, that maybe the family relies on him to keep outsiders far away from the camp when it's dangerous. as for the original wolf yeah that's a good point! it could very well be a family member! my thinking is that maybe they just cannt find them tho, i *think* that's what Travis told Laura in jail? i could be misremembering though. and in retrospect i think maybe instead of enjoying it as a sport, maybe they let them loose to potentially help them kill the original? like you notice how they never capturee Kaylee or Chris but captured who i believe is Nick as soon as they caught him, so idk it could be something about how the Hacketts control themselves better around each other or something... but to be very honest none of my theories are concrete hahaha i just gotta wait till the last ep to find oit what's going on
00:56 Okay, this has been bugging me. Ryan says "Where have you been for the past two months?" TWO months? If Laura and max came one night before Camp started, on a full moon, and this is the last day of Camp, also a full moon, and TWO MONTHS have passed between, then that means there was at least one other full moon WHILE Camp was active. We even see Max transform in the prison, while the camp is active. So was Chris "You-all-need-to-be-gone-tonight" Hackett and his kids werewolfing it up WHILE the camp was filled with kids? This makes no sense to me.
They might have gone somewhere for the night? Like taking the kids for a lil road trip with tents far away from camp, to get a sense of real wilderness? Hacket staying back
well usually the werewolves are locked in, with the bunker and all, so ig C.Hackett just left for the night or locked himself in his personal secret bunker while yhe family took care of his 2 kids
All because - Laura couldn’t stop making unwise decisions at the beginning, Jacob couldn’t accept a no, Mr H wasn’t more honest about the threat level (even if he didn’t confess to the werewolves) to persuade them to stay indoors, Emma wasn’t great with communication and was stirring the pot (also Kaitlyn causing more drama with the dare), the summer camp wasn’t shut down until they resolved the problem and the Hacketts didn’t lock up all known werewolves each full moon and have only one remaining one to hunt.
Dont forget: they couldnt just start summer camp a few days after/end it a few days before the full moon, just had to make it so anyone showing up a single day early or staying an extra day is fucked
I was looking at the cast list on IMDb and saw Emily Axford and Brian Murphy on the list, which are two of my favorite people, but I wasn't sure where they were in the game. Then you listened to the podcast recording (which, I'd like to note, Jack wasn't able to find in his playthrough) and immediately recognized Emily and Brian's voices, and that made me so happy. So thank you for fully exploring the precinct, Gab! :D PS. Emily and Brian are married and they actually have a podcast called Not Another DnD Podcast (NADDPOD) where they play DnD with friends. :D

Also, I watched one other person's playthrough, and there were multiple things I didn't catch until I saw you point them out, or considered until now. The clips from the tarot cards are interesting, but it seems like the wording on the cards themselves are more indicative of what is to come. You're one of the few people who go back and read the evidence/details, which is really helpful when I'm multitasking. (It's nice to have a friendly voice when I'm at work.)
1:20:06 I think it's pretty reasonable for her to target Chris Hackett and not Max since currently C. Hackett is one of the main causes that she knows of. If she kills him that frees Max, her and the rest who are turned by C. Hackett or something like that. Oh and of course Max is her boyfriend and have a more personal relationship vs. Hackett bros. she doesnt trust lol
Laura is legit such a hypocrite. "Let me kill every Wolf I find for danger they _might_ pose. My boyfriend though, he's good, I'll just keep him on an island. Oh and I'm good too, I'll definitely kill the right one before I kill humans."
Not a horror story unless the characters make poor choices. But Laura's hypocritical speech is always the best. "It's not killing a person it's killing a werewolf" she says, pretending her boyfriend doesn't apply to the same senerio and going off one conversation to immediately decide he has to be the first.
isn't it Nick the one werewopf they caught that's why the hunter guy was like "that's two" pertaining to two (prob werewolf Nick + Jacob) of the 9 counselors they had to round up or something? also i think the animation was just weird but i think Ryan slipped a bit so Laura had to hold onto him so he doesn't fall off the precarious railings back in the actual quarry and not Laura joking with him 😅
I've played through this 2 times and I swear he's walking fine until she touches him. It's probably more likely she has some werewolf strength and maybe means to pat him or give him a tiny shove but accidentally pushes him, which is why he slips and she catches him.
Literally trying to relax and watch this but got up at 25:29 to blow my nose, literally blowing my nose the same gab said “stuffy nose so annoying” and I felt that! I’m not sick it’s just randomly from allergies.
I would say Laura wasn't focused on killing Max because she's assuming she kills Chris which saves Max and since he's no longer a werewolf it saves her. Transitive property of supernatural infection.
I agree with you Gab.If they started asking T-Money questions,he wouldn't even have to answer. They could tell by his response what the answer is or get an idea of the truth.
As a tarot reader, I don’t really like the way the tarot is done bc the lady just gives a vague and cryptic descriptions of the cards instead of tying it into how the cards relate to their situation which is what divination does best. Like the devil card for example explains the situation they are in because the devil card means being in a situation that makes you feel powerless (like addictions, toxic relationships, or even being teens in a forest alone with demonic creatures trying to eat them 😂), but with that it also indicates that freedom from these situations is possible which we know is true in these games since the characters are able to successfully escape if the player makes the right decisions. Or the strength card which would describe the theme of the game. Strength is a card of inner strength and mustering courage and bravery in the face of obstacles and challenges and how it is not the time to give up. With that, you recognize your hidden potential and powers that you wouldn’t have known if you never faced these challenges. That’s literally what the characters have to do. That should have been how the tarot lady reads your cards instead of give you a half assed description of the cards which adds no value to the story of the game. I want to see it tie into the experiences of the players and their situation bc that’s what tarot is meant to do. I would NOT go to this reader if she was real 0/10.
i was thinking the same thing :/// i wish they would have done tarot more justice but i’m assumed nobody on the team really KNOWS tarot. and just thought it was “fortune telling.”

I have a relative with a dog named Max, so with this Max being a werewolf, when Laura said "We're going to fix you, Max" I couldn't help but think "Run, Max! They're going to neuter you!"
This was a very good. It was one of those that helped put a bunch of pieces together. I am pretty sure the Hag of Hagget's Quarry and I think she is the one that "cursed" the camp, or the Hackett family, with the werewolf curse. Probably because they did something to her son Silas. Silas might even be the Red-Eyed Werewolf. I need to go back and pay attention but I think the fire might have been involved. It could be what caused the Hag to set the curse in motion or it could be how the people retaliated when the first crop of Werewolves started to appear. They did not know about the water so they tried fire
If the Werewolves transform back after the full moon, like Max did, then all they do is find who is the Red-Eyed Werewolf. I think we saw it with... Jacob? When him and Emma were running and the railing broke? Maybe it was just Emma when she climbing the tower to get to the zip-line.
Also, there appears to be no common trend for when Hag talks. It is not at a certain part of camp, it appears to be just "the woods" and Laura even heard her at the beginning of the game and she was not even at camp yet.
So for those 3 cards towards the end, I think they mean this: Lovers- don't be afraid to disagree or go against certain decisions (like stopping Laura from shooting the caged werewolf) Wheel of Fortune- don't be afraid to take risks. Pay close attention to your surroundings and what's happening. Emperor- I believe this is a hint about the Hackett's family. Hierarchy and structures are doomed to one day fall apart into ruin. Let them ruin themselves and destroy their own structure they've created (note, remember the story about the Hag of Hackett's Quarry)

Oh I just realized why the hikers bodies are in the lake, it’s a clear body of water! So the werewolf’s won’t go for the bodies and infect them and if they are infected, they won’t make it in the clear water. Because it’s obviously clear enough if Jacob can see the bodies.
I'm just confused how no one has seen the bodies.. Jacob goes for a swim at night and sees them. They're right off the pier. So has no one else has gone for a swim there during camp??
The story is too good, I went to Jack’s channel to watch a head yesterday. I’m so sorry! But it was unnerving to watch this same chapter then Abi joins a conversation
to be fair it would've been weird to only release Laura and keep max trapped, or even worse release both and let Max wreak havoc on the camp once he transforms hahaha, i think he just genuinely didn't know how to safely release them and was hoping he'd end the curse earlier
There wasn't really much else he could do. Keeping them in the cells was the safest for everyone from his perspective- if Laura hadn't have been locked up she could have found different authorities and his family would have been in trouble, and if max hadn't have been locked up he would have bitten or killed people. His family put him in a tough position so I feel bad for him too

I literally went "umm maybe you should ask Abigail that question, and your friend Nick who just took off faster than anything ever, and Emma who literally fought those things 3 times and won". Btw poor abi, the disrespect that Ryan displayed from what happened to her in this playthrough of gabs is astounding. Like how much more evidence do you need Ryan?? Don't worry I understand where he might be coming from, he knows the Hacketts and probably more intimately than he wants to admit to the group, however, I do sympathize with it. If someone I knew like a family member came out as a murdering kidnapper or something way worse, I don't think I could belive it at first. But with evidence, I would believe it. So I do understand where he is coming from
Okay, so I already saw this but am watching this on your channel because I love watching you play lol. No spoilers. After watching this part a second time, I'm pretty sure Max subconsciously bit her because he stopped at only biting her then let her go. He knew it would help heal her eye like it healed his wounds when he was attacked and although he's not the brightest teenager, he does seem like he really cares for her and felt really guilty about it. And, their werewolf instincts seemed to bring out their deeper feelings, like with Nick.

Presumably there was at least one full moon, but there seems to have been no issue…
Or why someone who can’t hunt, like the mother, staying with the counselors to make sure they stay inside… or driving them off in one of the various vehicles there Hacketts must surely own.

Well that and godly healing which honestly? sign me up for a werewolf bite! as cool of a transition 20:36 was, this is the one single moment that stuck with me in this entire game as "wtf.. they JUST saw what happened.

It's interesting to see what decisions others make :)

yeah this last bit was fully new to me but she has already chosen quite a few options others didn't so it has been great.
Who new NOT shooting Nick caused Abi's death and not the other way around.
Sometimes I feel like the characters switch personalities. Like Ryan not believing Laura about the werewolf when he's the one who's into all the ghost stories. For Ryan he likes ghost stories but he doesn't believe them.
@@crazypigvids1557 I guess, but he has a line in the game that gave me the impression that his opinion was more in the middle, so it feels weird for him to dismiss the idea outright now.

She probably knew that he took the rotor arm. She didn’t say anything/snitched because Jacob’s her best friend. Also, if you think about it, she was trying to show him than one more night with Emma wouldn’t change anything about the status of their relationship so she just let him steal the rotor arm. She's not hellbent on killing Chris because of revenge. It's because of a cure. If she can kill Chris, it'll cure Max, and hopefully that means she'll be cured. It's not about good and evil, like she said.
Exactly! And she wants to focus on Chris instead of the great white wolf because Chris is easy and the other hasn't been found for years.
Cold.
@@pativi6643 indeed. This wasn't a defense. It was an explanation. She wasn't being understood.
@@pativi6643 case in point, her being a wolf herself and still killing other poor wolves who aren't even a threat.
Honsetly so far Dylan and Emma are my fav they crack me up and are quick witted in this playthrough 😂
I despise Emma. She really gives me narcissistic vibes.
I think you might be misunderstanding Laura's motivation for killing Chris. It isn't for revenge. It's because she believes that killing him will cure Max.
Still self centered when she kills other wolves indiscriminately even when they're in cages. When she herself is about to become a wolf.
Gab: "Just shoot it in the cage now and we can identify it later."
Oh no. She's actually turning into Laura.
there's Chackett and Thackett, but their whole family is kinda Whackett you know
I really like how the sheriff character was written.
Right! Maybe we are to believe that she packed some camp nurse gear, which included an eyepatch.
Some first aid kits will include an eyepatch, but it's usually a white padded dressing, not a black one (I can't tell if the one she's wearing is supposed to be fabric or plastic, honestly, I think the video compression has pretty much turned everything into blocks of dark pixels). It's possible she made the eyepatch; she'd have access to fabric at the station and if she wanted to be a vet, she probably knows at least some basic stitching techniques.
maybe since it was a summer camps they packed costumes for theme days (i have never been to summer camps to maybe that's not accurate)?
Right? That would make so much sense. I am very interested in the polt and how they will explain this.
Because they want to release their friends who got bitten from the curse. Your ideas sound good, but how would you get them there?
That's how I see it at least
yeah i mean, they have those electric cages but they don’t put the family in them? why even have them then??

If there was a full moon in July, I wonder how no one saw or heard about the werewolves then. Camp was still in session so Chris Hackett and his family had to have turned then? I wonder if they will address that.

@@RamGuy459 my theory is that based on what Travis said with the well metaphor, that maybe the family relies on him to keep outsiders far away from the camp when it's dangerous. as for the original wolf yeah that's a good point! it could very well be a family member! my thinking is that maybe they just cannt find them tho, i *think* that's what Travis told Laura in jail? i could be misremembering though. and in retrospect i think maybe instead of enjoying it as a sport, maybe they let them loose to potentially help them kill the original? like you notice how they never capturee Kaylee or Chris but captured who i believe is Nick as soon as they caught him, so idk it could be something about how the Hacketts control themselves better around each other or something... but to be very honest none of my theories are concrete hahaha i just gotta wait till the last ep to find oit what's going on
Hey Gab, you can read letters/documents in more detail if you pick up the item again!! ❤️
"Can I call you T-Money?" "No, you can call me T-1000"

I've played through this 2 times and I swear he's walking fine until she touches him. It's probably more likely she has some werewolf strength and maybe means to pat him or give him a tiny shove but accidentally pushes him, which is why he slips and she catches him.
@@Meikyu88 It's Nick. They show it when they show if everyone is alive or dead.
I’ve been LOVING this series. Gab is just so unique and her gameplays are so fun. THANK YOU GAB ✨💕
i have been refreshing gab's page waiting for this to upload for the last few hours jesus christ i am hooked on this shit
SO TRUE!! im watching this game's playthrough from another ytber so these last days have just been an infinite waiting game for me lolz
1:24:20
She wants that hamburger so rare it would be banned from competitive play
I feel so bad for Emma. However that scene means Emma actually cares for Abi. It's so sad 😭
hope someone thinks to bite dylan right before killing the werewolf daddy so his hand grows back lol
Gotta admit, Gab is really smart; she’s predicting almost everything a good bit before it actually happens
@@honeysweet4804 ...that, and, after having seen someone's full playthrough of this game...let's just say I I'd be even less likely to help her in the future...
Its especially disappointing that she just repeats what the descriptor for the card was upon finding it. Like tell me something new, dang lol
Same…I was really disappointed in the way tarot was done in this game.
@@brittanywilson1733 if you're looking for a game that did tarot really well, it's Cyberpunk 2077. I was super impressed.
Yassss!!! More spooky BB in the beginning 😅 Also so hyped to watch how this plays out 🍿🥤👀
32:20 Laura wanted to be a vet. Now she's a pirate vet. Yarrr 😊
I absolutely love the aggressive options, it’s SO unnecessary but so so funny 😂
Constance isn't just from Insidious - she also plays the principal in A Cinderella Story!
I've pretty much been just hitting refresh till you or Sean updates. This has become my new ADHD hyper obsession.
yoooo same. i was watching Julien stream it last night too ahahaaaa
same here!! this has been a really fun ride c:
I needed something to watch while I wait for the next Nancy Drew upload.... It took me a day to almost finish this series. Huge fan of Until Dawn, I can’t wait for the next couple of play throughs! Thank you Gab
Who ever voiced Ryan makes him seem like he's high in the entire game
I believe it's Justice Smith. Based on the type of things Justice tweets, I think this just might be his normal voice.
I'm watching John's gameplay and it's funny, you both sometimes make the same commentary and even more when collecting things, you sometimes miss something that John picks and John miss something you pick. So far liking it, thanks Gabs!
I'm watching them both too :). My faves
His name is Sean not John and her name is Evelyn not Gabs.
@@bunniewood they probably mean John Wolfe. Hes another TH-camr playing this. And yeah we know her name is Evelyn. But her screen name is Gabs so it’s fine to call her that
@@hannahmerlino2462 thank you for explaining
Evelien* I think?
I have a relative with a dog named Max, so with this Max being a werewolf, when Laura said "We're going to fix you, Max" I couldn't help but think "Run, Max! They're going to neuter you!"
I’m so happy! These type of games are always so fun with you. Can’t wait for other play throughs but for now I’m going to watch until dawn :)
So for those 3 cards towards the end, I think they mean this:
Lovers- don't be afraid to disagree or go against certain decisions (like stopping Laura from shooting the caged werewolf)
Wheel of Fortune- don't be afraid to take risks. Pay close attention to your surroundings and what's happening.
Emperor- I believe this is a hint about the Hackett's family. Hierarchy and structures are doomed to one day fall apart into ruin. Let them ruin themselves and destroy their own structure they've created (note, remember the story about the Hag of Hackett's Quarry)
watching different playthroughs back to back, you realize how much someone misses when this characters dies or this or that character doesn't act
When you watch different playthroughs, you realize what the good choices are which results into yelling in your screen for them to do the right thing
the grandma's "not my little kaylee" hit smth geez
Dylan is by far my favorite character!!!
Locking Travis in the cell is just for the escape, he has a Walkie talkie to alert the rest of his family with that he is caged :P
Ready to see Gab save all of them and then kill all of them 😂 loving this series
until dawn has been my fav game for a few years now but now idek!! i LUV the quarry & house of ashes sm!! literally tho, supermassive games are just straight up BLESSIng us w these goodies omg
lmao loved BB at the start of the video
Wow I literally just finished episode 3 and just refreshed to see if a new ep was up and what do you know! nice timing!
This game is much much better than the others that came after after until dawn but still doesn't beat it, just everything was perfect in UD the characters the story the monsters the setting I'd rather just keep replaying that lol
Got jump scared by your cat at the very beginning
Oh I just realized why the hikers bodies are in the lake, it’s a clear body of water! So the werewolf’s won’t go for the bodies and infect them and if they are infected, they won’t make it in the clear water. Because it’s obviously clear enough if Jacob can see the bodies.
Buy if the hikers are dead, they won't be infected, so why not let the werewolves eat them and get rid of the evidence almost entirely?
@@Mooshrambo I guess they ain't to certain if the dead could come back up. The cherif did say they didn't have much to go on regarding this.
I'm just confused how no one has seen the bodies.. Jacob goes for a swim at night and sees them. They're right off the pier. So has no one else has gone for a swim there during camp??
31:42 Laura accidentally broke free when she got attacked, you can see smoke coming out of the pipe ;)
The story is too good, I went to Jack’s channel to watch a head yesterday. I’m so sorry! But it was unnerving to watch this same chapter then Abi joins a conversation
I watched his too! I needed to ser how it ends!
But I love how hers will be a little different, especially since Abbi has already died
@@nayaralopes6167 I’m liking gabs content more lately :)
Cop: *kidnaps 2 kids for over a month*
Gab: idk I’m still on his side tho, I feel bad for him
to be fair it would've been weird to only release Laura and keep max trapped, or even worse release both and let Max wreak havoc on the camp once he transforms hahaha, i think he just genuinely didn't know how to safely release them and was hoping he'd end the curse earlier
There wasn't really much else he could do. Keeping them in the cells was the safest for everyone from his perspective- if Laura hadn't have been locked up she could have found different authorities and his family would have been in trouble, and if max hadn't have been locked up he would have bitten or killed people. His family put him in a tough position so I feel bad for him too
@@edsp666 But why does he have to be such an asshole? That's why i don't feel bad for him, he's so gratuitously mean.
@@enriquesanchez9016 Idk man if I had to deal with three of my loved family members becoming werewolves, having to cover up the people they kill, the financial burden that's made the family near bankrupt, an emotionally abusive mother, parents that are more than willing to kill innocent people to keep the secret, not being able to find the person who started all this for an exhausting six years, having to stave off a nosy podcast trying to expose said family with cease and desists, worry about the niece and nephew when they run away, deal with two teens who didn't listen to you, keep them alive whilst you try to find a cure and can't let them out for fear that either they might go to the authorities and put your family in danger or might spread the werewolf curse even further all on top of being the sheriff and having to deal with everyone else's problems on top of your own...like if that was me I think I'd be an asshole sometimes too
Nah same. Travis is so real tbh.
I think Bobby is literally a huge child man. He doesn't know how to communicate properly especially with other people but he does have the muscles to throw Kaitlyn so like a musclehead? Idk
If their family has such perfectly nice electrified cages, why tf ain't the werewolves transforming inside there? it would have avoided the whole thing.... just one night a month inside cage and nobody else gets hurt
they could even put animals inside the cages with them if food was needed as well
Might be a stretch but I know they mentioned finding their stuff after Laura broke them out of the jail and since Laura was there to help the nurse, she may have had eye patches and bandages bc kids get pink eye all the time
@26:37 "My nose whistling?" *SpongesBob whistle tune effect goes off*
Gab, you're so cute.
*I don't know if this is a spoiler but read at your own risk, I tried to be vague* Honestly, Ryan just became my least favorite character in like 2.5 seconds. When he said "and how is this our problem?" I literally went "umm maybe you should ask Abigail that question, and your friend Nick who just took off faster than anything ever, and Emma who literally fought those things 3 times and won".
Me this whole episode: RYAN! SHUT THE *BEEP* UP!
After i finish my platinum run on gow 2018 I'm gonna play this game again for my platinum. Seeing gab play it makes me want to play it again such a great game love your playthrough gab it's so fun to watch you play this i got my platinum on until dawn awhile ago but I'll play it again cuz it's my favorite hands down in the anthology games
I’m living for this series right now !!
Seán: i wrote the story of this game
Gab: guess everything right before it happened
