a couple realistic + productive days in my life, this is how I implement the 80/20 rule into my daily lifestyle to make sure I don't overwhelm myself and give myself some grace. always keeping in mind that I don't always have to be so hard on myself and doing something every minute of everyday! I rested, ended up celebrating life and my sista, but also cleaned and made sure I kept up with life.
