Great to see the birds arriving home to you , I usually watch the lib at talbenny as I live in Pembroke. It must of been good returns as there isn’t many birds hanging around here. Usually there’s quite a few birds drop in to us. Also it’s peregrine central here so yours do well to survive them👍
Your birds fly over us when racing Penzance or France as I’ve had a few in over the years, and to be fair after a quick drink they tend to go straight away
@@iansmith3464 no way ian serious! ahhh thats fantastic, folk like yourself we are forever thankful helping birds on there way so thank you very much!!! just a pity as i ve heard about the precys there, tbh one boy told me a story and tbh i couldnt listen break your heart! Would you have facebook or part of any groups ian?
That’s no problem. Tbh most the fanciers here get the Irish birds together and either lib them with the talbenny birds or get them sent over as a bunch. I reckon over the year’s we’ve had some top pigeons in . They are literally drained from flying France or wherever.and like I said after a drink they are busting to go again. No mate no social media for me but I think most the boys are on some form of it. I’m not racing now as I was a bit to competitive lol so a keep a few rollers. Percy loves them 🙈
@@iansmith3464 that’s brilliant Ian, again your thanked from us, we normally just fly Penzance really and that’s it, think the last time my dad raced from France was about 2013 where he won the millar gold cup, they had to go back to Portland as they spend 5 days in the hampers and weather was suitable for a liberation from France. Yeah I understand I feel sick for folk having to stop due to the BOP issues it’s rather sad mate but nice to hear you’ve a few about you pal 👍
Well done again, good result with decent returns, great to here your thoughts and comments, especially praising the convoyers, they do a hard enough job , Keep up the good work and good luck for both races this weekend
@@ssbrownracingpigeons37 I 've raced from 2011 till 2021 very well on very long distance (Pau, Saint-Vincent 900 km) At the moment I try to rebuild a racing team
