I changed mine today I also hit the positive on the alternator and definitely you can feel it Thanks for the advice I was try to push the hose to the turbo with a crowbar and boom 😂 Thanks for your time making this video It helped me a lot
When removing oil supply line heat the nut red hot and let cool completely put motor oil on top of the nut to run down between the nut and the line turn the nut and tap on the line it comes loose every time

It helped me a lot
The turbo air outlet housing has a thin ( O ) ring , sometimes hard to see from the aluminum corrosion . Clean and replace .

Did you put anti-seize on the the manifold bolts, and turbo bolts
100% guess I left that part out

Huge difference on EGT much better turbo response…have a blanket and down tube wrap coming

@@cliffordthecabover1266 EGT probe is on the down tube some people do tap one in on the manifold but I think it's best aft of turbo on down tube
Just pulled mine apart and my number 1 is wet also
Seems to be pretty normal on a 12.7
