Man I don't seem to have the flexibility needed to keep my center of mass as close to the surface as is needed to really excel ... I mean I have the strength but this is so much more than just strength ... good job 👍 Mind you I've only tried a few times, and some times out in nature where its do or die, lol - amazing what you can do when pressed hard.
Dude you are the 3DS-MVP, I love your workflows and your willingness of sharing them! btw, hardly hitting the 6C but I'm mostly stuck on the 6B since a while now !
For aligning the tight cravices I can recommend the Scale Conform Brush. It is the one below the move brush. you just click on the parts of the retopo mesh that needs more detail - and carefully pull down. It will pull the topology together and into the detailed crevices and cracks. Of course your way with the Move Conform Brush allows more control, however it requires much more clicking.
I have seen you setting the confrom intensity inside the freefrom options panel. There is a hotkey: you just alt+leftclick while having your conform brush selected. Hold it and drag up and down in the viewport. This will adjust the intensity on the fly without you having to snipe the sliders. There is also ctrl+leftclick and shift+leftclick for controling brush size and fall-off. At least I found this helpful for me.
btw, if anyone bouldering🧗♀, drop your highest grades here ⬇, I'm hitting 6B

Excellent worklfow ... Arrimus has covered some of this, but you brought it all together into one video ... well done again! Keep up the awesome tuts!
Okay that's very, very cool, and the difference in the percieved model detail is mad. Have to try this one out asap!
Thanks for showing this. Its cool to see an almost max alternative to the zbrush zremesh & project process
Another great tutorial. THX
