    You'd have to vacuum seal between those two layers for this to actually work without it being vacuum sealed you're just going to have a pond forming in between the two layers one side just going to fill up with water vapor condensing to water ultimately making you a little pond probably going to grow algae🎉

      You can stick something like silica beads or calcium chloride in between the panels to absorb water. They just have to be replaced.
