I like to imagine that fall of Domino happened a very long time ago, and that Daphne transported Bloom and the dragon flame into the future, where the Ancestral Witches would be less likely to find them. Like, maybe the fall of Domino happened so long ago in the Winx world, that it's become almost folkloric, and people in the magix dimension debate whether or not if it was even real to begin with. so probably a thousand years at least. It would also explain why the Trix are always after Bloom. Maybe the ancestral witches trained their descendants in hunting for the Dragon Flame because they know it's somewhere in the future, and if they can't have it, at least their descendants will.
I love the idea of people debating whether or not domino was ever even real, on my map I have it as the northern most kingdom on a massive peninsula, so by the time of the story and its ruins would be overgrown deep in a massive snowy forest (since domino the planet is supposed to be a frozen wasteland) so it would very hard for curious explorers to ever reach without the dragon flame. also I love the idea of the trix being like sozins descendants forever searching for the avatar he failed to destroy. avatar the last airbender is my favorite piece of media ever so ofc I'm down for that angle haha
@@ghostsprobably in my AU, Domino is actually a series of ancient ruins scattered across the kingdoms (like, all the current kingdoms (Solaria, Andros, Melody, wherever the hell techna is supposed to be from) rose from the ashes of ruined Domino. And maybe the Capitol city of Domino is like an Atlantis-esque place that may or may not exist according to the magix historians.
Yess!! This is exactly how I imagined the timeline to look as well. 16 years is way too “recent” for Domino to have fallen, iced over, and people to forget about the kingdom. Plus, the time travel theory aligns with the lore from Season 1 AND explains why Faragonda looks way older than she did when the company of light was active. The only thing that doesn’t make sense is how Bloom’s father could have been friends with Sky’s father before Domino fell (mentioned in the second movie I think?)
The thing about Domino was addressed in season 6 where they said something about Faragonda being over 100 years old that day because it was her birthday, so Daphne did send Bloom to the future and that’s why not very much is known about Domino.
As much as i love this show, the time inconsistencies really confused me as a child. I really like your version of the plot and the events of the show.
One thing to note is that because Winx is originally an Italian cartoon, college means something completely different, not counting the fact that even in America, college doesn't automatically mean higher education (my high school was called a college until 1934).
A college in italy is more like a boarding school than an university, for what i know normally its yhe same as middle school but dont take my words srsly cause im not really an expert
i also want to do a winx club rewrite as i love this show so much but the seasons after the first three have gone from very weak to disappointing to infuriating! And your designs for Bloom are so cute and comfy! I loved the second outfit, very cute and casual!:3
I love that with your designs, Bloom has an authentic girl next door teen look. In the original she looks too fashion model esque and mature, Whereas you corrected that issue. The way transformation works in your head cannon for fairies honestly makes so much sense and I love that both Sailor Moon and Stella play a big part in her fairy form design.
Your rewrite sounds very interesting and I love the redesigns! I also think the pink on Bloom is fine in small doses (like on her season 2 outfit as you said or the little bits of pink in her charmix design) Looking forward to your next vid ＞(ﾟ∇ﾟ)＜

Bloom has always been my favorite, as a fellow artist/magical girl fangirl 😅. The redesigns are really cute and feel faithful to her OG character (Seasons 1-3)
Honestly I think you should think of long time ago as 17 years because they were telling a story and as for outfits. Skirts are was cute and heels make her look more fairy like
…I’m late but I’m going to be the nerd in the comments and talk about WHY we all look “different”. We actually don’t. If you look to the continent of Africa (where every human beings ancestors descended from) they all look diverse (facial features wise. Skin tone is pretty consistent with yellow/gold-dunno what white would call it because blacks call it yellow-to basically pitch black skin tones) and have the hair types other ethnicities have. Which is why northerns have straight hair, because there are literal tribes in Africa that also have straight hair. Y’all didn’t produce it by magic 😂😂 And pale skin is actually a pretty recent phenomenon only dating back 10-15 thousand years. It also only happened so quickly due to incest and inbreeding. It’s also why when northerners moved back down south they changed the skin tones of people so drastically where before they were pretty deep tan/dark DARK. Also Winx Club is at heart a Science Fiction Fantasy so to remove the multiple planets actually sucks. Because it all being on one planet is lame 😂😂
