I honestly don't think Caitlyn will harm Jinx, this is because Vi won't let her. In the season 2 trailer, Caitlyn said she has 3 motives, one of them is to locate Jinx. I found the wording to be odd, "locate". She didn't say she'd hurt or kill Jinx, she just said "locate". While it's true that Jinx will disappear which is why Caitlyn will want to find her, it's just a strangely vague sentence which could hint to a lot of things and not just attacking or killing Jinx. This is why I think Vi and Caitlyn would first try to talk to Jinx without jumping to other violent options. And even though talking things through with a terroist like Jinx might not be the best option, we can't forget the fact that Vi loves Powder to death, she'd never let anyone hurt her. Vi still believes that Powder exists inside of Jinx and there's still hope. Anyway, this is just a theory I have lol.
