Ive someone bid a job and 6500 and the other person bid 6450 id stick to the first one. He actually believes in his price the second one is tryna undercut and i dont feel like he believes in that price and will cut corners to make it worth. Especially if the first guy that bid actually does tbe work and the 2nd guy is just the contractor/super. More overhead etc.
This is exactly why I don’t watch this guy who’s supposed to be a Christian always has some sort of negative comment about every employee talks down to them only out for himself.
