I feel so happy watching this video, so many amazing and memorable songs that got released in 2012. And as a boyband stan, many of my faves made their debut in this year: BtoB, B.A.P, VIXX, EXO. Teen top is damn underrated. They are one of the groups that are in the top tier in dancing. All my favs. But my all-time fav groups are T-ARA, U-KISS, and BEAST. Their songs are still on my playlist.
This was the true color of KPOP No mainstream music. It was so unique and different. The GOLDEN ERA. Take me back. I still have B.A.P music on repeat. Second generation artists made Kpop a GLOBAL PHENOMENON 💅

My favorite 2012 K-pop song is probably Son Dam Bi - Tears Falling and Nu’est - Face. 2012 was fantastic, pretty much every song sounded good and energetic, not only k-pop. It was probably the peek for Dance-pop and the start of even more beaty (if that’s a word) EDM tracks to come in 2013-2014

Cuanta nostalgia me da la 2da y 3ra generación del kpop 😭😭😭😭😭😭, se que los años pasan por lo tanto las generaciones y la música tiene que avanzar pero es imposible no recordar todo lo que se vivió en el kpop de esos años. Esa emoción por conocer más de la música de cada grupo y verlos a ellos en cada comeback con nueva imagen es algo que ya no siento tanto con los grupos actuales, supongo que ya están muy niños y yo ya toy vieja jekkekekkeke. Eso sí cada generación se disfruta de manera diferente aún sigo en el kpop y son pocos los grupos que me gustan y eso que son buenos, pero es un placer y me genera alegría escuchar que alguien de la 2da y 3ra generación tendrá comeback. El kpop será para siempre una parte importante de todos los que tuvimos, tienen y tendrán la suerte de conocerlo.

I definitely miss this generation!! Variety of concepts like cute, sexy, unique, quirky, party, powerful, revenge, growling, masculine, etc.. and the new generation is great, but most of the new groups are just teen crush or girl crush. Boy groups always have the same concept, no more colorful or fun concept.. Girl groups abandon cute concept.. companies try to attract more listeners so they run for the current trend.. p.s: been listening to Kpop since Wonder Girls here :( feel so old now..

Cuanta nostalgia me da la 2da y 3ra generación del kpop 😭😭😭😭😭😭, se que los años pasan por lo tanto las generaciones y la música tiene que avanzar pero es imposible no recordar todo lo que se vivió en el kpop de esos años. Esa emoción por conocer más de la música de cada grupo y verlos a ellos en cada comeback con nueva imagen es algo que ya no siento tanto con los grupos actuales, supongo que ya están muy niños y yo ya toy vieja jekkekekkeke. Eso sí cada generación se disfruta de manera diferente aún sigo en el kpop y son pocos los grupos que me gustan y eso que son buenos, pero es un placer y me genera alegría escuchar que alguien de la 2da y 3ra generación tendrá comeback.
El kpop será para siempre una parte importante de todos los que tuvimos, tienen y tendrán la suerte de conocerlo.

The year I first got interested in K-pop, fell directly into Gangnam Style, absolutely hated it and therefore managed to miss T-ara and SPICA's best year.

I definitely miss this generation!! Variety of concepts like cute, sexy, unique, quirky, party, powerful, revenge, growling, masculine, etc.. and the new generation is great, but most of the new groups are just teen crush or girl crush. Boy groups always have the same concept, no more colorful or fun concept.. Girl groups abandon cute concept.. companies try to attract more listeners so they run for the current trend..
