So if I understood correctly they can cut out chunks of RNA but they cannot add them yet. Is that right?

This technique is very awrsum scientific break thought but i have a lot of question and ethical problem with it because if its going to be authorized to human application companies which will be using it can edit human embryo to do a lot of genetic changes that get get out of control in the future. This will produce a new generation of genetic modified human which can facilitate a man made human evolution.Again who is gonna authorize which genes should be edited and on what condition and another thing is money ,only rich people will be able to edit their genes and they wont die or get sick .
