      You are welcome! And to be honest, Longboat Key's secret parking spots are almost always empty compared to Siesta's. Last 3 weekends I drove through siesta key and no spots were available anywhere except Shell Beach. But longboat was a ghost beach with 95% available parking.

      @@floridarealestatetv Maybe some water quality stuff? I feel like it used to be Bahamian like there... but post Ian and now with red tide it feels more like Galveston TX lol

    Please tell visitors to stay off of Whispering Sands beach because it is PRIVATE for residents ONLY...you WILL BE asked to leave so give our guards a break so they will not have to confront you. Thank you. It's amazing how many people think they can trespass and try to set up on a private beach.

      There are lots of privately owned beaches in Florida! People, please respect private property rights!!!
