I wear a durag to sleep to protect my locs, so I usually add small pieces of Amethyst and Celestite on my crown when tying durag. I also sometimes flat tumbled piece of Azurite-Malachite (Azurite is perfect too) to help balance and heal my third eye (and heart connection as well, since it has Malachite), great for more vivid dreams & deeper psychic dreams.

Wow it must be intuitive what we grab before sleep! Distressed & in need of comforting after a sad crying day...Took my Celestite to hold before sleep..I felt so much support held by angels.. Slept so deeply & peacefully.. Beautiful dreams 😇💙.. It's now in my bedroom permanently x

I’ll definitely have to try blue kyanite! The piece I have is perfect for putting on my nightstand :) and I always sleep with amethyst under my pillow because it has greatly reduced my nightmares and helps me get deeper sleep and dream recall! Another stone I think is good for dream recall is Rhodonite!

I Always sleep with Amethyst under my Pillow 🥰 I also have Blue Kyanite and Celestite but I actually use Lepidolite more than those for sleep 😴
Celestite is such a beautiful energy 🌈💧✨💖🙏🏼
