This observation may seem basic but I love the fact that there is greenery in frontof the home and in the background. So many new homes in the USA lack greenery, making the neighborhoods look lifeless and generic. God made trees, bushes, grass, etc. for a reason. Failing to understand their significance and appreciate their beauty is a big mistake.
Among amazing houses designed by Orca. This one really attracts me. A couple of questions though: 1. Where's the maids' area, if any? 2. After minutes 30:30 (backyard area), I saw two rooms, each located on each side of the gym. What are they?

We have been in Accra, and we understand the challenges. However, everything proposed is doable and just one import away. Solar power with battery storage, biodigestors, water purifiers and collectors, general contractor and builder teams from South America, Portugal, etc., can make a significant difference. There’re some really cool and well done buildings in Accra, we are not the first ones to do it. Why underestimate an entire country? It’s 2024.
Your reply is void of reality. This is fantasy in 3d. This country can bring in contractors to attempt to build this. They will find it impossible to have an electrical grid to handle the numerous indoor outdoor neon fixtures in every room, the clean water supply for the pool and numerous bathrooms, the materials for the endless porcelain, and marble structures, the top of the line fixtures and indoor spinning single car showroom floor inside a living room area, and a full bar downstairs in and open garage filled with exotic cars. The price to construct this mansion and its asking price on the market would reach 100 million in American money. It would be considerably cheaper in African money. Also, besides an African royalty family, who would be the buyer? In that country, there are not a lot of choices unless foreigners
