This is definitely a mass mobilization. The only way they for sure cannot mobilize 300,000 or more is because they can get the equipment from storage ready fast enough. Reservist is any man who completed service in the russian army, including compulsary one. So almost any man, be it a young man - yesterday's teenager, or a war veteran

It says they can mobilize anyone who once served in the military. Just for you to know, there is a compulsory military service in Russia and the number of people who served in the military is around 25 millions. Putin and his co are lying to make it look like its not a big deal.

It feels like the world is falling apart. Here in the US, the culture war is tearing the country apart. People no longer trust their police (law enforcers) or their politicians (law makers) and both sides want blood. Inflation is destroying the economy, many small businesses can't compete and are closing up, and now Russia might start WW3.
