I recently bought a razer blackshark v2 X not knowing it was in 3.5mm, so im wondering if this adapter or the dual jack version will work better with it as the headphone come with a single TRRS plug and a dual TRS mic+audio adapter? Also wondering if audio being played with be picked up on the mic? Thanks!
So my all my headphone aux ports on my pc just completely stopped working, I have no clue why, I looked everywhere for an answer and it seems nobody knows, I've been looking at these wondering if this might help get my sound back, what do you think???
@@LordXelous thanks for the response! do you notice any sound difference from a 3.5mm audio jack of the laptop? is it better, worse, or just almost the same?
@@varen3931 Yeah, I just received mine yesterday. It was okay, maybe it will depend by the headset/earphones you're going to use. I'm currently using an iem called BQEYZ KC2. The highs are a little too overwhelming and there is barely any bass at first with the use of the sound card (depends on the song, but this is what I heard when I listened to metal/rock), I just tweaked it and added a bass boost in the sound option. It sounded okay after that. Although the bass in my iem is not the the best feature since it is a bit more balanced, it's still weird that when I used the soundcard it has almost no bass at all compared to the normal 3.5 mm jack. I also tried to use a sound equalizer called BOOM3D, but it had a weird static-delayed sound so I ended up uninstalling it.

No, it's not an effects unit, just a sound pass through.
