At 1:12, it may be possible to shoot and move between columns 3 and 4 fast enough to kill the back mettaur. Shoot, step forward, shoot, step backwards. I believe it is around 14 frames per shot like this in MMBN1, so you would be able to kill it in around 10 seconds instead of the ~12 you spend waiting for custom and selecting the cannon.
