Good question my friend. Its because I want 3 days off from work so that when I have a big Chinese takeaway I won't feel like having a diarrhoea or feeling food poisoning so that's why I need those time off. I don't trust those takeaways because I get stomach aches and I don't want to ring up work that I'm feeling sick. That's the reason why I need that time off. Don't worry I will be doing a proper Chinese takeaway mukbang soon. 😁👌
Thank you very much. Both my parents, especially my dad is a top chef but has become a legend now because of retirement. I could still taste and smell how it was back in the early 90s when my dad really cooked at a takeaway.
Looks lovely, your mum did brilliantly but wondering if the sauce should be thicker? As englisheats had a buffet curry out and the sauces all looked very thick.
A very good question. Now the sauce is more thinner when its cooked entirely at home because its traditionally made that way and its different to restaurants as it's more thicker for the marketing purposes and it's not really traditional nor its proper. The food you saw on my homemade bengali curry is the real thing and its what chefs at Indian restaurants normally have at home and not restaurant style made. You will notice the difference if you do ever have a proper bengali homemade curry.
If you really do like Indian takeaway, then this traditional homemade chicken curry is the final frontier and there is no way that you shouldn't say no to this. Its absolutely amazing and its above all foods that you can think of.
@@AshleyDarkwood ofcourse my friend, but you will definitely love my mums proper heart warming bengali homemade curry. Its entirely different to what you are used to with takeaways but trying the real thing when its homemade is something that you will definitely notice.
