Top 10 SUPERFOODS To Feed Your Baby

  • Once your baby turns 6 months old, they are ready for a wide variety of foods that will set them up for a healthy future. Many of these baby superfoods are easily accessible and so good for the babies development, but many people don't know how beneficial they can be. Instead of feeding your baby grains, gluten, and other nutrient deficient foods, you really want to feed them real foods that are either blended or cooked with the superfoods we talk about in this video. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO
    Check out our Cookbook: amzn.to/2TOHWJL
Neck & knuckle bones for broth(FLAVCITY gets you 15% off): shepherdmeats.com/?s=bones

    Tush baby carrier: amzn.to/38DH8OA
    BONE BROTH RECIPE FOR BABIES:
2-3 pounds organic grass-fed beef bones
1.5 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
    Filtered water
    2 stalks celery, cleaned & halved(only at month 8)
    2 carrots, cleaned & halved(only at month 8)
1 onion, quartered with skin on(only at month 9)
Place everything in the instant pot or pressure cooker and fill with enough water to reach the maximum line. Pressure cook on high for 3 hours. Carefully release the pressure, I take the pot outside and do this so the kitchen doesn't smell. Strain broth and save bones for another use. Let cool to room temperature, you may have to wait overnight. Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze for 6 moths. Once cooled you need to remove the fat layer on top of the broth. Make another batch with the same bones and add one or two new bones to the pot. Your baby can drink this straight up or you can use it to blend cooked veggies.

    1. Glee (grass fed)
    2. (virgin cold pressed) coconut oil
    3. egg yolk only (pasture raised, not overcooked, it should be a runny and jammy texture)
    4. organic chicken livers
    5. homemade bone broth
    6. coconut water (at 9-10 months old)
    7. salmon caviar, mashed into their food (at 8 months old)
    8. fermented sauerkraut juice
    9. coconut kaffir (unsweetened at 10 months like Harmless Harvest)

I love seeing your beautiful family! Rose is adorable 😍😍💖💖 My boys are 11 and 12 and I wish I had watched this video when they were babies. Still, it's never too late. In the last 3 months I've switched my entire family over to eating the healthy foods that you recommend and I have seen such a difference in them as well as my husband and myself. We all feel better and stronger than we ever have, and they've dropped a little extra pudge yet continue to grow.

As much as I would love to buy all of these items, they are very expensive and not really realistic that people can afford to pay $5.00 on a single coconut water, and the organic pasture raised eggs. Many young families are just getting started and don’t have a food budget to include all of these prices. Things like Kefir, Ghee and others are just too expensive. I think most people cannot afford to buy most of this stuff. We have to be selective......It would be nice to see you put together some budget friendly items that are affordable. Thank you anyway...

Hey Bobby, I am new to the world of eating correctly. You are teaching me so many things that I can't even begin to comprehend. I want to heal my gut. I am incredibly finicky. And I'm sure I would be diagnosed with SED . Selective eating disorder. Now my son is 20 and I believe he is exactly like me maybe if I can change I could help him change a little too. Yesterday I had oatmeal with banana and honey, I found one that you approved up. For lunch I had two pieces of your cauliflower pizza from Costco. And for dinner I had your fish with crumbled almonds spinach salad with walnuts and raspberries and vinaigrette add a gluten-free macaroni and cheese with spinach that you recommended. I did good when I was craving sweets I did a 70% cacao bar two pieces. So now I'm on day two I had two pieces of cauliflower pizza for breakfast and then I had some beans and one chicken leg fried from Albertsons a a half of dill pickle for lunch. Drinking only water. Fingers crossed I can continue this but boy it's a lot more difficult than I thought. If you have a video you think I should see that would be most important for me to watch to heal my gut please let me know which video it is and I'll work on and focus on that. Thank you for all your hard work Bobby and Alex and all my best to you and your family.

Do y'all freeze/grate the livers (for instance, can you freeze the rest of the livers you don't plan to use right away from a container like the one you show in the video)? This video is so great...it reminds my mom of how my Grandma would feed them (ex. they'd eat livers and bone broth when sick). Thank YOU! God bless your family!!

These are all essential aspect of life and childhood in Indian Subcontinent. If you are desi, you know you’re fed all that. Bobby should title this video. How to raise a baby in desi style. 😂 (Desi is the humorous term for people of Indian subcontinent).
You will find best ghee in Indian/Pakistani store. As “ghee” was originated in subcontinent and also a Hindi word for “clarified butter”.

Milk reviews and thoughts. From dairy to non-dairy. And if possible a Whole Foods run for the review, being kicked out is all part of the fun. 🙃 Also maybe a baby cook book from 1 year to 5 year old, or older whatever’s. And get that Flavcity app going🔥, include baby’s and kids.

Hi! What are best foods for lactating mothers to eat while breastfeeding? My baby is 3 months old and trying to improve in my diet for my baby and also produce more milk for her. Any great tips for both milk supply and diet?

Be aware that it is important to expose your baby to small amounts of peanut/nuts before they turn one. It would scare me to wait until the baby turns two. I am not a nutritionist but I am a nurse and have seen research saying waiting too long can cause hypersensitivity.

Good information!!! However, eggs should be from farm raised chickens at your local farmers market, raw butter milk, kefir, filtered/ structured water..vitamins & minerals, grounding, fresh air, exposure to Sunshine

PS added precaution for reaching babies and for potential slip ups never let waiter pass, serve across or stand close enough to baby with serving tray , coffee pot etc.
