I have not been back to the island since I made it to Ragnarok. Played valguero a bit too but have not got all the artifacts. My son cheats on the island. He found all the spawn/admin codes and got all the alfas and titans. Little cheater. I still have a little base and a pteranodon there but she prolly dead of starvation. Oh and I finally tamed a Quetzal, a tech Quetzal to boot. Only took 3.5 hours to tame. 🤪👌

I always watch your videos before doing any caves, this cave is surprisingly easy. I just used bug repellent, walked in and grabbed it and left. Never fired a shot. Next is the artifact of the strong, probably gonna be a different story. I’ve already watched that video and it doesn’t look easy 😬

I take a vulture asc sword and riot sheild s stick to the right easy as. Couple med brews if you are worried. Never use a grapple hook

Just use the first path place foundation and the ceiling, then jump and take the artifact, takes like 30sec to pick it up

If you carnt find it, its because it didn't spawn in the cave and is instead in a seperate cave underneath the map. Best thing to do is to restart the game, jump in a hole and hope you glitch in it or try and glitch into a mesh spot if possible.
If none of that works then DO NOT use ghost mode and go get it, its a kill spot. If you do die from it, your body will sink in water and you have a very short time to get it before you teleport back to the surface. Its best to spawn it in using commands
I just wanted to put it out there, that I've been playing solo since the first launch and I never got the artifact of the skylord to spawn.

Same here. Upload your survivor at the obilisk and go to Crystal Isles. Very easy artifact retrieval’s on that ark. Then just go back to the island 🙂

Shotgun may not be the best for encounters with fast moving creatures so I suggest using the assault rifle instead tho it consumes a lot of bullets but aim for the head
Did that but it was still hard for me bc I ran out of bullets. Died 8x and Spent 70 minutes (got lost multiple times and died from swarms of mobs and also I’m on iPad and that’s harder)

Going back to these now as i just got ark,i am in that cave and can be see the pillar but there is no artifact for me?

Have you tried getting it on a non dedicated server because I tried it on single player and it wasn’t there but I think it might spawn on a non dedicated server.. Idk I haven’t tried it yet

Would have been so useful before you entered the cave so I didn't just walk around since ya know almost every cave you don't have to follow the exact path of the TH-camr. I just needed it's location.
Anyone know best way to block spawns in this cave? Should i use tames, pillars dont seem to do much

When i tried to pick up the artifact, it wouldnt let me. It appeared in inventory for some reason but it did not disappear, i was stuck there. Tried jumping the gap but invisible wall got me and i fell to my death down that hole. Why couldnt i pick it up?
Looks so easy and yet after going back and forth for a week now I am still empty handed. There must be be some issue with it playing single player , wish they would fix it ASAP !
It doesn't spawn for many and no fix so far as I can tell. You'll need to spawn one in if youre on SP with this command:
cheat GFI Artifact_06 1 0 0

On console the Skylord artifact doesn't spawn in. You need to go to either Ragnarok or The Center get it. A glitch WC has ignored or several years now.
Im on console and never had a issue on official

Wayne Rhead Yes, I am because I've been playing on private servers for years and every time my tribe mates and I go into this cave, the artifact is never there. It is a known issue on console and has been for years.
It spawns on official servers because WC tends to those servers, but doesn't care about the glitches that affect unofficial/private servers.
So I am sooooooo glad you get to play the game the way it was meant to be played, you jackass.
Must say I'm with Wayne and have never had an issue with it, been playing since Xbox Preview launch.
I died atleast 12 times a day here, probably the only artifact that i had to cheat to get it. I got mad that my character died too many times in attempt to jump, i use creative mode to get my stuff back from the dark holes, on anyway to get them if i get too close to the holes i get killed so had to use creative mode to get my stuff then turn it off to do the parkor, after repeating these steps multiple times, i was able to get the artifact and get out of the cave without using creative mode. I shall start making those hooks to get me though the cave without having to jump, but after dying 12 times i kinda got good at jumping.
Anybody have an issue with this Artifact not spawning at all 6 days of running cave but no luck of it being here and yes i am in the right spot. thanks
Yep, doesn't spawn for me and reading forums same for lots of others. I play SP, strictly without console commands, but in this case I had to spawn one in.
its noth there enymore, i was there and runing in circles and didnt find a thing in that cave, i dont understand where is it, they must have changed ti.

my game must've bugged cause i scoured that ENTIRE cave and passed that spot 20+ times. the artifact apparently never spawned so i'll have to try again later.
