My 10 year old is an extreme picky eater and I believe he is also lactose intolerant (he only drinks rice dream). I really don't know what to do after years of trying to get him to try different foods, any suggestions I'm desperate.?
I speak with parents every day that are in a similar boat as you. It's super challenging! Have you see the video about food chaining on our channel? We also have tons of resources on our website feedingmykid.com/?s=picky+eating over time, check out the different articles and videos. Do you have specific questions? Have you seen all the videos in the series?
