your video quality, narration, and audio quality is definitely better than my series of video on the subject. but you haven't gotten to the cool stuff yet.
I do hope you continue this series. I'm looking to get into Cyberpunk 2020 and I like the virtual world style netrunning better than the elevator approach in Cyberpunk Red, so I'd love to understand it better. You've done a really good job explaining concepts in part 1 and 2.
Just want to echo what everyone else is saying! Thanks for making this tutorial! I like CP Red’s explanation of why the Old Net isn’t usable but if I want to create a story that doesn’t use this meta and still has a working Net, brewing CP 2020’s system into it is a way to go.
I don't know how I managed to find this series but it's saving me a lot of effort as I attempt to learn Cyberpunk with my friends. This kicks ass and I absolutely want more.
I hope you continue with these CPK2020 tutorials. One thing that comes to mind is that R.talsorian's games aren't HARD to run, but they often make a terrible job at explaining their own stuff, i.e: in practice, NET Combat ain't much different from fleshspace Friday Night Firefight, and I've done simultaneous net and realspace combat with my party just fine, since it's basically the same but in "a different room" so to speak. But since R.Talsorian didn't explain it properly, it grew this reputation of that side-game that slows down the game for decades that even veterans from 2013 dread to touch. We need more tutorials like yours, because they do a great job at skipping the hassle of explaining the NET for newer players
Cyberpunk 2020 is a pretty simple game all things considered, it's just that, aside from the terrible exposition, people are just too lazy to spend a couple more minutes prepping for a netrunner player. I've ran plenty of games and the netrunning part was not only seamless but also essentials to the players survival, I swear netrunners were fucking lifesavers when the rest of the crew made crucial mistakes.
Please make part 3 bro, even if its the last video you make on the series it will help so many people who love this game

Please make more , this is amazingly helpful.
Amazing stuff, truly

You made my life and the life of my players a whole lot easier.
These are so dope dude, thank you!
I'm a bit intimidated reading this section, but these videos are helping. Can't wait for the next one
Doing gods work here. Amazing explanation, and glad you are using the exact examples from the book with visual aids. Keep up the good work, choomba.
Bro you're a legend for making these, you explain things so well, and the editing on the videos is very nice.
Thanks a lot ❤
