Gorgeous. I guess that you beat Spellbinders with the letters press, congratulations. I don’t have your tools yet, but I am looking forward to ordering them from Spellbinders. I do have all sorts of real tools and love fixing things myself. Been too sick, so I was away from crafting for a while, but I am making a comeback slowly. Puerto Rico ❤I have a small group that I am teaching for free to help myself with my skills.

I have my own tools in a black case. I won the set at a Christmas party. If my husband needs to borrow a tool (because it is easier than finding his), I always make sure I get mine back.

Yes! My husband and I divorced after 21 years and 4 kids and at the mandatory divorce mediation decided to date. Thereafter we dated for 21 years, each maintaining our own homes, bank accounts, etc. but he spent 3 days a week with me and the kids. During this time he bought me my own set of tools - pink - and taught me how to use them. After 21 years of dating we re-married. We never dated anyone else during the entirety of our relationship. What can I say - he is the love of my life. He supports my crafting and I would love to have these products.

Hi Nancy, I missed the Live of this but I'm watching it now & loving everything.
I have a small set of my own tools! :)
How awesome that you got to come up with the idea for this product.
My Dad was a mechanic by trade & he had a large set of tools, he even did some woodworking too. I really miss him!
I love these tools the designers did a great job!
I think this is the best set of tools, stamps, that I've seen in all the many, 30+, years I've been stamping!! Great job & congratulations!

Yes, I have many of my own tools... After my husband died, it was very cathartic for me to replace some of his old tools with new ones that fit me better. Still haven'[t figured out what to do with 5 old saws...so they just hang there!

Hi Nancy!! Yes I have had my own set of tools for a very long time. I learned long ago that my husbands tools were always greasy, grungy and when I craft who wants that? LOL I even have a hammer that the handle unscrews and a screwdriver is inside of it. I have an old wooden handled screwdriver and a foldable ruler that were my grandfathers. Love them. Thanks for another fantastic video.

Congratulations Nancy on your release with Spellbinders!! Very impressive and I hope you do more. I do have my own tools and try repairs before calling the experts. I actually learned to splice electric cords when I rescued my first house rabbit and he chewed a few cords before I learned to rabbit proof. Not sure if I could do it now though. Loved that rabbit so much!

I was watching your struggles with the inking and sandwich with the first glimmer die plate. Yesterday only 4 months old so newer than you they were doing the same but they added the base platform and then the rubber mat. then the paper and the die facing down it is after all a embossing plate not a cutting plate. And then the hard plate and voila it worked great with their Spellbinder. They did try your method too but just in case it might be worth a try. Also they tried with and without dampening the card stock. I'm not a fan of wetting your cardstock for some reason it doesn't work for me. However I love embossing with all my glimmer Spellbinder dies not just heat foiling. Also several videos said the best inks are Tsukineko, Delicata for a shimmer or bright metalic look and Tsukineko, Claire for regular and deep saturated colors using as embossing plates not just hot foiling. And the reason is these inks are pigment inks and several talked about how well they clean up off the dies and usually take just to the sink to wash and pat dry right away. Anyway I watched my first tutorial on this a while ago and darn if I can't find that very one. She also made embossing using other techniques I wanted to study and figure out too. Now it's gone with the wind. I try to save the pages I really like with links to sending myself emails with the http' addresses attached. But guess I missed that one. I'll be saving yours too. Love your tools by the way and have been hemming and thinking about them and of course hadn't picked up these were YOUR lovely designs. Thanks for thinking of our male and handy DIY around the home fellas and gals too. Love it. (I'm updating and refurbishing a 22 year old Class B+ RV I bought one year ago this month. Turned out it had a lot of ills not identified by seller nor found until I'd driven it 500 miles to my house and the seller just kinda abandoned when he knew I was discovering these problems.) Meantime I'm digging in with all those tools. I've learned a lot about things I had never heard about including wood hardeners and wood fillers and that not all brands just cause they have such names are the same or behave the same. Oh my just what I've learned about glues and adhesives I think I could write a book. In the end...it's going to be the most adorable sweet little mini RV just for me and an occasional friend who wants to join me along the river up here in NW MT or the lake etc. And enjoy a weekend or week crafting too. Love Spellbinder makes such great manual operated die presses. I have both sizes. But the smaller one is ideal in it's folded state for traveling in a tiny RV with little storage space. I somehow had missed those sayings about NUTS...oh yes must have that pack asap. Spring through summer is my card making extravaganza outside on back covered patio or soon to be on the road with my MISS MINI MO. (Her colors are soft dove gray with light yellows to a little deeper gold touches.) Thanks for the demonstrations and tutorials today.

If random picker chooses my name redo because I purchased your set already. I just wanted to comment. These will probably be the only tools my husband will not snatch up. I think the tools will sell really well, and Spellbinders will end up carrying them for years. Many crafters struggle with masculine cards, and these fit that category, plus it is appropriate for some ladies who paint and do other projects as well.
