I like how when Kraang punched the building, he didn't just punch through all the walls. There are a LOT of walls in a building, so you're going to be going through a lot of them. Pretty good depiction of what happens for real.
Ngl, but this is the first time where I find the krang to be actually errifying. They weren't goofy or weak like how they were depicted in 2012 tmnt or the movie, that when they don'thave their armor, you can just kick the shit out of them. Even without the armor their OP AF, and they wasted no time taking over the world.

To think from episode 1 they went from being complete bafoons with their weapons to actually battling in complete sync as team against the stupidly busted krang is amazing development.
This movie showed what most cartoon movies don’t…. a villain that the heroes can’t manage to destroy, usually they get a power up and make them stronger than the villain but rottmnt didn’t and that’s why I love the movie. It would probably take 2 planets being smashed into the armor just to damage it.

Well most of the show focuses on wacky comedy and is not really like this movie. Its mostly really when they fight the Shredder and some backstory stuff with Splinter that the show takes itself seriously like in this movie. So yea its great when its serious but most of the time its more of a comedy like most American cartoons nowadays.
I loved it from the art style, animation, and theme. I wasn't keeping up with nickeledon airing anymore but pretty excited for kids to get a show that looked like the people making it cared. I watched it later on streaming and greatly enjoyed it. Too bad it was so short lived.
Things I loved about this scene -Donnie’s ability to create weapons out of nowhere -Mikey being a Mary Sue and lifting up big ass things such as boats, busses and in this case a whole building -the Kraang only having to snap his finger to stop FOUR mystic powers at the same time I love 2D animations that are so smooth you have no idea what’s going on. They feel so real

I love that the animators made a point to point out that the only effective way the turtles could fight Krang in his suit was with their hit and run tactics The suit literally flicked all 4 of them being rocketed powered back probably hundreds of not a thousand+ yards. Mad respect for that tech

I love how impact frames are used in the show-- They could have just made this 0:30 a normal explosion that blows up the building, but /nah/ they went the extra mile. Making the explosion for a couple of frames look exactly like the demonic suit the alien is wearing letting out a beastly roar. It really emphasizes how ANGRY the Krang is during after all the attacks the turtles threw at him. I also like how during the turtles super move, impact frames are used during each of their attacks. Really emphasizing that ALL of their attacks made that move possible!
I hope we get a third season as well, this movie really got me hyped for more content but I don’t know if that’ll be happening unless they decide to do more episodes on netflix

@@kingabby5752 they were still inside Metro tower while the turtles were in the technodrome. After the heroes escaped the tower we never saw any sigh of the clan after that, even during the militaries battle with the krang helicopter. Also only the technodrome got chopped in half, not the tower

I really like the parallels between the building scene at 0:19 and the boat scene with Shredder in Season 2. Considering it's heavily implied that the Shredder armor was a gift from the Krang, it would make sense to show off how monstrously destructive and resilient it is. It also helps that the Shredder armor looks eerily similar to Krang's android body.

And this was them at the brink of extinction. Like have you seen the shit they had in the prison ? Remember the one eyed mech the main Krang had ? There are MULTIPLE skyscraper sized versions of it in the Prison dimension. This has to be the most powerful version of the Krang period. Like christ they are terrifying.
I like how Leo is assisting them so they don't fall down, instead he makes a portal to teleport back up incase they lose control. AND I like how Mikey through a hole building at him.
Mikey was the MVP of this fight. He stopped Krang from throwing from attacking Raph, threw Krang around before he could recover, launched a building at him and aided Raph in his punch with his chain-fire.
Let's not forget to mentioned him opening a portal to save his brother, heck even sending Casey back in time in the first place. Mikey is the 🧡of the TMNT.
I was so in love with this fight but after watching the animatic I can't help but feel robbed. What we got was next to nothing compared to what could have been. Still so glad so many people are opening their eyes to how great rise is. Or at least giving it a fair chance instead of judging it by the first handful of episodes even if they Ultimately don't change their minds

Yeah, it was implied the Krang gave Saki the Dark armor in Season 2 and the movie just confirms they created Shredder with their relation to the Foot Clan.
I can watch this shit on repeat for days. It’s just so good! Given how powerful just the three Krang in this movie are, particularly this Krang here, and how despite this epic beat down he was able to no sell their combo move and knock the back with such force with a simple finger flick… Those Ancient Mystic Warriors who originally defeated these three Krang along with their invasion force and imprisoned them in that dimension must have been utter beasts!

I love how the turtles work together to fight against Krang with their own roles Raph and Donnie are both the heavy hitters that damage Krang, Mikey makes sure Krang doesn't get any hits on both of them and Leo is the support, making sure all 3 of them get to where they need to be
Such an amazing movie! I also really love this version of Krang, especially the design of his android body, cause it reminds me of General Grievous from Genndy Tartakovsky’s Clonewars series from 2003
It's a hard choice for me to say fights I love the best out of this series. The turtles(& April) VS Shredder in the season finale or this one with the Krang! Also as a honorable mentioned I also love the subway train fight in the series.
What's nice to see is that our heroes are able to knock Krang around, keep him disorientated and stuff... But the moment he manages to recover and get a hit in, he's overwhelming them. It highlights their skill while showing that Krang is still their most dangerous opponent.
0:08 has to be best part the turtles just beating the hell out of krang and tossing him around like nothing im surprised he still he the energy to keep fighting after all those hits
Just realized that these turtles didn’t directly beat either of their two big bads. They only won against Shredders because the rest of the Yamato clan pulled up from beyond the grave and they had to reseal Krang inorder to win
It’s honestly incredible how amazing this animation is especially considering there’s very little CG used and even if when there is it’s not only blends very well with the to the animation but is also used sparingly and only used during times to help enhance the visuals rather than just relying on CG is a crutch
I like how every now and then Mikey just casually throws fucking structures at his opponents (it only happened twice now but, eh, probably happens way more in the future)
I just love this movie so much as showing a race of 3 beings who devoured their other kind just to live just beats the shet out of the turtles showing these kids have a long way to go showing in the start they were nowhere near their future selves but they had to make do what they had
Don’t give a damn what anyone says but after watching Rise of The Teenage Mutant Turtles Movie I am convinced that this version of Krang is the most threatening and greatest TMNT Villain next to the 2003 version of Shredder

Not only was his armor damn near invincible but the krangs themselves are no pushovers in this iteration as they are just as deadly without the armor.

We don’t know what kind of a dimension to keep the evilest beings in prison for the multiverse ever faced.

@@plusetic FOR REAL!! The first time I watched it I was so into it that I didn't even want to see how much time we have left! So when I watched it the second time and I skipped to this scene I was like: "HOLLY SH1T! WE'RE ONLY ONE HOUR IN??!! Man, this movie is short!!!!"
I love how the turtles work together to fight against Krang with their own roles
Raph and Donnie are both the heavy hitters that damage Krang, Mikey makes sure Krang doesn't get any hits on both of them and Leo is the support, making sure all 3 of them get to where they need to be

Such an amazing movie! I also really love this version of Krang, especially the design of his android body, cause it reminds me of General Grievous from Genndy Tartakovsky’s Clonewars series from 2003
It's a hard choice for me to say fights I love the best out of this series. The turtles(& April) VS Shredder in the season finale or this one with the Krang! Also as a honorable mentioned I also love the subway train fight in the series.
Tgis scene had me so hyped, not only because of the turtles teaming up on kataang, but because of this BEAUTIFUL animation! My god this is gorgeous!

What's nice to see is that our heroes are able to knock Krang around, keep him disorientated and stuff... But the moment he manages to recover and get a hit in, he's overwhelming them. It highlights their skill while showing that Krang is still their most dangerous opponent.
0:08 has to be best part the turtles just beating the hell out of krang and tossing him around like nothing im surprised he still he the energy to keep fighting after all those hits

Just realized that these turtles didn’t directly beat either of their two big bads. They only won against Shredders because the rest of the Yamato clan pulled up from beyond the grave and they had to reseal Krang inorder to win
Man this movie was so awesome,look at all the detail they did in the fight,the city,they must have put high budget on this movie
The fact that he didn’t even need to touch them to them flying and just did it by *flicking his finger* is terrifying to me
This shows that the Krang was essentially still in control and that is so scary and cool despite the brothers’ best combo attack. I was this 😨
It’s honestly incredible how amazing this animation is especially considering there’s very little CG used and even if when there is it’s not only blends very well with the to the animation but is also used sparingly and only used during times to help enhance the visuals rather than just relying on CG is a crutch

I just love this movie so much as showing a race of 3 beings who devoured their other kind just to live just beats the shet out of the turtles showing these kids have a long way to go showing in the start they were nowhere near their future selves but they had to make do what they had
